I brought in 3 area rugs for cleaning, one heavily stained (spot cleaned only) from a sick cat. Nu-England Services exceeded my expectations. All 3 carpets look great, stains gone. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service on both occasions when I used them. Great price that matched the superior performance of their technicians. I used them both at my home for my carpets, and at the store when I dropped off 7 area rugs. I am so pleased that I am having them come back to my home to do additional rooms. They are friendly, courteous, prompt and professional, and have earned these 5 stars.

Do not use these people for area rug cleaning!! I paid 160 to have my area rug cleaned and it came back the same way It went in!! I’m not sure they even cleaned it. Horrible!!

I am so impressed and thrilled with Nu England Services. I had them clean my beat-up wood floor and four rooms with tile or stone. I'm so happy with the results and can't believe how great all the rooms look. My wood floor looks amazing and my kitchen, I can't believe they were able to get the grout to be so clean. Super friendly and professional. I'll definitely use them again!
