South Plaza Laundromat

Business has new owners. I brought my clothes for laundry service. I always separate my colors from whites and place them in separate bags. I picked up my clothes, and when I came home all of my colored clothes were damaged with bleach. They knew my clothes were damaged when then folded them and placed them in the bag but never told me about it. I had to return and try to prove that they damaged my clothes. They refunded my 15 dollars I paid for cleaning. Terrible service. I am sad that the original owner sold. I will look for a new laundry mat. Also, they barely speak English which makes it even harder to communicate with them. They don't have the experience or knowledge to run this business.
