They came and were here a half an hour for 4 bedrooms and stairs. Rooms empty except for a lamp in each room. Two crew members did not even move it and clean under. Very lazy. Carpets do not look much better. All for $289. No thank you. Rush job.

Our team of two arrived at 2:17 and were done by 3:20, that's set up and clean up included. My rooms are very small. We had them do living room, dining room, hall and stairs. All the edges of the carpets are black and most of the stains are still very visible. The carpets are still soaked after two hours. I was quoted $215 but got charged $247 and this franchise would not except the $35 coupon. I spent two days moving furniture, items and cleaning in anticipation for this. I just want to cry now. I should have rented the rug doctor again as I did a better job myself. I spent more than 20 minutes on my living room never mind the whole place. I will never use Stanley Steemer again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Shame on you Stanley Steemer.

Imagine coming home from work, and your 140lb dog who was perfectly fine when you left, has suddenly gotten sick. In the dining room. In the living room. In the kitchen. In the entryway. Instant Panic. I tried everything to clean my beige rug and my white/khaki berber. 3 different carpet cleaners - No luck. We rented a rug doctor that night from the hardware store - Nothing. I called Stanley Steemer. The man on the phone was incredibly helpful. How many rooms? Okay. Are there any odors, did you want that deodorized? Definitely... How about a teflon coating just in case it happens again with your new puppy? Perfect. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and was able to get me in for the next day. The next day, two young Stanley Steemer boys showed up (Kevin and Dan THANK YOU SO MUCH!) and ran me through their procedure. They assured me they've seen worse, and they wouldn't have any trouble with my furniture. They were great. They were so fast and friendly with their service I couldn't believe it - in fifteen minutes I peeked downstairs and my white rug was beautiful! It was whiter than before the accident! They assured me they would be done shortly, and they were. They helped open up some windows and warned me that it would be slippery for a little bit, so be careful walking on it. All-in-all a great experience. I couldn't believe they were even able to get the cracks between the carpets. Amazing! Thanks again for not breaking the bank, and for your great service!

Wonderful! Had two separate crews in two weeks clean lots of white tile/grout and six rooms of light colored carpet. The Steemer crews were polite, efficient and did a great job!
