Business hours are 8:30AM to 4PM M-F; why do I have to take half day off to do this? Considering I have to pay such a large fee for a piece of paper. They need to make it convenient like the driver/health card renewal offices which opens on weekends.

Service was absolutely horrendous. Just looking around you can see boatloads of taxpayer dollars basically being thrown out the window. Why are there so many useless computers? Why are there so few places to sit? Why are half the kiosks unmanned during peak times? Be prepared to waste hours of your life waiting. Can't leave to wait elsewhere because they don't offer 'you're up next' SMS alerts, there's no estimated wait time display, and not even any way to book a time slot in advance. This forces everyone to wait in the building! What year is it?! Why then did they put the location in a plaza?! Employees don't have any idea what they're doing. Got 3 different answers from 3 different people regarding a simple question regarding passports. An absolute disgrace

Taxpayers money waste. Lots of space with useless computers. Waiting time is 1.5 hours to apply for passport and than 5 weeks to process. Are we in Canada 2017?
