Collingwood Motel

Location was convenient, the room was clean but needed some repairs. Check in was annoying since I had to call to get someone to come to the office even though it was around 4 o'clock. The room was okay, but only because it was so cheap. It's a better stay in the summer than the winter

As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", certainly applies here. Although very quiet, clean, and newly decorated, lacking in certain areas that disapoointed. For one, make sure to bring your own toiletries, as there sure weren't any soap, shampoo supplied. When I went to take my shower, the towels they supplied were not of decent size....no full sized shower towels. No bed sized table to put my cell phone beside me. But very quiet.

Had to wait for staff to show up when I arrived. The unit was recently renovated but seemed like the job wasn't fully completed....unpainted patches on the wall, etc. The sheets and towels had stains on it. It was a fair price.

Looks like a nice place for the Mother in-law to stay. Wouldn’t let my dog sleep here ... but it’s good for her !!!!

This. It's not as bad as we were dreading it to be since we booked it as last resort for Thanksgiving weekend 2017. NO BED BUGS. I did have to clear out a spider web from the corner of the door and wipe the bathroom floor due to boot prints. The bathroom is newly renovated. The room is clean. It needs something on the wall ie. painting to make it more inviting. The walls and windows are thin; next morning, sleep disrupted from people chilling by their doors and loud radio. BTW the motel is at the end border of Collingwood crossing over to Wasaga Beach town. Motel was hard to find since behind a giant Indian Buffet sign that is part of the motel but not even in business.
