Nice place and coffee. I like that one of the staff was explaining the differences bikes and cons to another client, in general the staff was very friendly. Only i was expecting a bigger cup for the coffee but it tasted good
The new location by the TVP is fantastic! Great drinks, delicious food, friendly staff, cool bikes. Can't wait to try the soft serve ice cream in the summer.
Been there for the sugar shack event but it's simply a cold breakfast with a bottle of maple syrup at the table. The brunch was served with wooden cutlery and we weren't able to cut any food from it. Coffee was cold as well. The store looks good and they have a good variety of products I haven't check all items/prices.
Stopped in on my trek home for the much anticipated opening soft opening phase and grabbed myself a hot drink and some needed fresh baked in store sustenance. Mightily impressed with the results of this newest TVP location and hats helmets off to Andrew on bringing his vision/passion to fruition. The location is great and accessible by bike or bipedal pun and the possibility and potential within and without are endless. If you’re looking for a new bike or testing the waters on active transportation then make this cafe masquerading as a bike shop, or is the other way round? No wrong answer here just plenty of good advice, quality bike choices and accessories to get you or keep you rolling. A welcoming space on the way to or from where you’re going and a must try in my opinion.
Great destination from any branch of the Thames Valley Parkway!
Went in for a refund because a rack that I bought didn’t quite fit. There were some issues with the debit system, and they were incredibly generous while I waited. I was offered coffee, got some recommendations for tool kits, and when we eventually settled on a cash refund, I was even given a coffee mug to take home! I’ll definitely be back in the future and I will recommend to my friends as well. Thanks friends at London Bicycle Cafe!
Absolutely disgusting behavior from their staff. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and outright rude. Rolled by on my bike today and saw customers leaveing the store. The doors were wide open with several customers inside looking at bicycles. I walked in because I just wanted to ask for a rough estimate regarding how much it would cost for a very basic repair plastic piece on the gear shift was broken. An extremely rude employee asked if I was someone named "Robert". When I said that I was not, I was told to leave the store because "we are busy with a group today". Apparently these employees don't value customer service whatsoever. I informed the staff members that I only had a very quick inquiry and was one again told that I was not a priority because of some group and that they're closed to everybody else.. I absolutely do not recommended this business to anybody seeking bike repairs. I went to another shop just down the road and got the repair done in a matter of minutes even though I was just looking for a price estimate. I suggest that the owners of this business have a discussion with their employees regarding the professionalism and attitude. Perhaps might be a good time to discuss the appropriate way to speak to potential customers.
Was able to get my bike totally refreshed and reviewed along with some suggestions but no pushes on future work that maybe needed along with the reason it could be. Great experience and will definitely be coming back.
I brought Alex a 25-year-old bike and many questions. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, reliability, and his general interest in my bike. He quickly tuned it up and had it ready within the prediscussed time frame.
The Bike Cafe has a blend of coffee shop vibes and bike support that makes for a fun stop off the Thames Valley Parkway. I'd love to see a bike lane extended to connect directly!
