Overall, this is a fantastic spot for coffee, a snack, and a nice atmosphere for working. Highly recommend the smoothies and oh my goodness the matcha latte. Service is really good as well Don't get the pistachio muffin though tastes very artificial

I had a good experience at Coffee Culture. I ordered a cappuccino and a latte, along with a blueberry muffin and a pistachio muffin. The coffee was a bit low on sugar, but it tasted great once I added some extra. The muffins were on par, and overall, I really enjoyed my visit.nnWhat really makes this place special is its location and the inviting vibe—it stands out for that. I noticed a sign mentioning a 90-minute time limit for seating, but since I visited on a Sunday evening, there wasn’t much rush and it was quite relaxed.

I liked the overall vibe of the café. I ordered an Oreo cold beverage and a Choco chip muffin: total was $10. Worth it though cuz it tasted like Tim Horton's stuff but way better.

My significant other went to order a food item for me and was suppose to get a combo and forgot. I asked him if he can do a refund and they told him that they are not allowed to refund him. On top of that they never gave him his receipt to show proof of purchase. I found out later that he had purchased the soup separately which cost more money. I called this location to explain what had occurred but I was rudely interrupted by the staff at this location. I find it very rude that if a complaint was suppose to be made that your staff talks on top of the customer. I am a customer who comes to this location all of the time with no issues. Today has shown me that maybe I shouldn’t be spending my money here. I asked to speak to upper management or if there is someone who is upper management to contact me… the lady on the phone went ahead and said that we don’t have time for this we are busy and hung up the phone on me. This is utterly disrespect and disgusting behaviour from your evening staff.
