I ordered a custom cake and custom cookies from Cocoa Berry for my baby shower this past weekend and I'm incredibly happy with how they turned out! The cake and cookie designs were exactly what I wanted. The dinos, eggs and leaves in the picture I've attached to the review were from the shop, the blue onesies were made by a family member Everything tasted incredible! The cake was super fresh and full of flavour and I had TONS of compliments on the cookies. This is my second time ordering from Cocoa Berry and I will definitely be back again in the future!

Make sure you read all reviews before ordering, I sure wish I did. 1 star is for convenience. I love the location, cute shop, enough on hand desserts to purchase when in a rush. 1/2 star for average taste cake was dry 1/2 star for execution Unfortunately, the majority of the stars were lost on customer service, taste and freshness of red velvet cake. Chanel quoted me $10-15 for the cake topper but when I came to pay for it I was charged $20. I didn’t want to get into it over $5 especially since I ordered last minute. When we picked up the cake it was taped to the top of the box without the sticks. Thank goodness we had cake pop sticks at home. The cake was very dry on the inside. I’m really concerned about the freshness of the ready made cakes. Please read the previous reviewer who found mold. As for the flavor it tasted like the boxed red velvet cake. The cream cheese icing was grainy could’ve been due to too much sugar or being stale. I did call in with my concerns but the response was “you didn’t specify you wanted the cake topper on sticks.” They had both my telephone number and email and could’ve called to confirm. I can tell you don’t care much about customer service and professionalism by how you are responding to the previous reviewers.

I ordered this letter cake for my 30th birthday. It was very pretty. I had emailed them with my order in advance and it was very easy to communicate with them. I sent photos of what I wanted and though it wasn't exact, it was still very pretty and the colours were correct minus the blue in the macaroons. I was hoping they would have put "happy 30th birthday" somewhere on the cake as I requested but not a big deal. The cake itself was a little dry which was disappointing but tasted okay. I ordered the cake instead of the cookie, maybe I should have stuck with the cookie.

Cocoa Berry was amazing! We had a last minute request Monday for an event on Saturday, and they came through with two cakes. They made our event so special and we appreciate all the efforts they took to make it for it. The cakes tasted amazing and our guests loved the flavour. We got a vanilla cake with strawberry icing inside and it was so good! I would highly recommend them!

Pickering Town Center location- I bought a black cake for Christmas and let me tell you, the black cake was the best I ever tasted aside from my granny’s of course It was extremely moist and smooth! The perfect amount of liquor and sweetness! Their cupcakes are amazing too with whipped frosting..yum! I really like the fact that their hand is not heavy on the sugar for those who can’t consume too many sweets but the taste really is divine! I HIGHLY recommended Cocoa berry for all ur sweet tooth needs! No photos to add cause i ate that up right quick but trust this trini gal!

Highly recommend Cocoa Berry Cupcakes!! Their cakes and cupcakes cookies are absolutely perfect, super moist, tasty and overall delicious. It all started 9 years ago when I ordered my daughters 2 tier birthday cake for her 13th bday, and since my sons bday cakes, smash cakes, wedding cakes. Go check them out!!

I must say, Cocoa Berry is one of the finest in the industry - not only are they professional, caring, and down to earth, to top it off, they go above and beyond whether it may be creating an authentic designed cake or putting together a one of a kind dessert table. Channel's work is not only executed flawlessly, each and every dessert created is absolutely delicious. It has been four years, and Cocoa Berry has designed cakes and desserts for birthdays, anniversaries, and our wedding - and each time we have worked with Channel, she delivers such unique and impeccable design concepts and flavour ideas. Her versatility and ability to etch our visions into reality is unmatched to anything I have ever come across. The quality both from an artistic point of view and taste are bar none. In regards to our wedding cake, we discussed our wedding theme and mentioned that we wanted something simple yet elegant. Channel created a timeless, elegant masterpiece - simplicity at its finest. Our dessert table was filled with endless amounts of treats - assorted danishes and pastries, chocolate croissants, french macarons to die for, best macarons ever, brownies, cookies, etc. Managers of the hall stated they have never seen such a line up for desserts in their career. That alone speaks for the quality and beauty of Channel's work. Needless to say, she made our wedding cake and dessert table dreams come true! As my husband and I reflect on all the little changes we would have made throughout all the occasions both myself and our families have had, including our special day, Cocoa Berry Cupcake's cakes and desserts is one thing we would not. To this very day, our wedding cake remains a timeless piece. Thank you, Channel and team.

This "channel" gyal needs to learn how to turn on & off her attitude. First day we walked into the shop she was giving attitude the minute we spoke to her, that was the first red flag. Second time we went back so we can place a order she was giving us the runaround, told us to give her 15 mins then we came back and she said come back in 5 more mins. That's when we stopped her and said no, she finally came over to us and said you need to email your order, she could've told us that the first time we came. We place the order by email couple days later she emailed back wanting to change the design of the cake, we said no. Days later we go to pick up the cake, she hands me the cake with it half opened nothing covering it. She wanted me to walk out into the mall and outside with the cake in the open. We wanted her to put it in the proper box, she didn't want to do that. She starts acting smart with us and we weren't having that. She tells us we're not getting the cake and told us to leave paid $200 IN FULL btw. Then she proceeds to call security for no absolute reason. She finally gives us the cake with a plastic over it box is still open. In conclusion, she has poor customer service, I would not recommend ordering from this place EVER.
