RONA

This RONA stocks a good variety of items - some you may not be able to purchase from other retailers. Aaron has assisted me with some special orders on fire rated plywood, which was extremely beneficial. My first shipment was amazing, the second, not so amazing... However, it was explained that the grading process of plywood could vary, which I quickly discovered leaves much room for interpretation. Although I was not satisfied with the second shipment, Aaron provided a reasonable discount; this was exceptional, given the fact that the vendor controls the grading, not RONA. The VIP Program is worthwhile signing up for, as you receive discounts and other perks; thought it would apply for special orders, but unfortunately it does not - still a good program though. Other associates have been helpful too, thank you.

This is one nicer stores, with great staff, that are actually patient and helpful.nI think it's because of the location, that truly makes a difference.nThey carry nice small gadgets, along with cool odds and ends.nPrices are fair, good exchange and return policies.nAwesome operating hours.nRECOMMENDED!!!

For building supplies, garden equipment and other items I usually go this store. Friendly and helpful staff are working on this location. I really appreciate all of them.

They have Estwing hammers specifically masonry hammers.they have lots of cool stuff that you may not find at a home depot.

Good morning!nI had a refreshing experience at this Rona at 715am. Shafia and Jane were wonderful. To kick things off Shafia was out front sweeping, she was kind enough to guide me to the entrance door. It was too early lolnOnce inside I came across Jane who went above and beyond. I was looking for fire extinguishers, she took me over to them and then she compared their work fork lift fire extinguisher with what I needed to ensure I had the correct letter rating. A B C was what I needed, Jane went above and beyond. When I realized i was unable to carry 9 of these, Shafia help me get a cart. These women deserve a 10 star rating.nI'm beyond grateful and am looking forward to shopping there again.
