I was a bit apprehensive about booking an appointment here based on the Google ratings, however my experience at this clinic was nothing short of wonderful. The lady who opened my file and booked my appointment on the phone was kind and calm. She explained everything to me clearly and how to send in my referral. The day of my appointment went so smoothly. The front desk staff were all very cheerful and very nice. They were all seemingly in a great mood and happy to help in any way. Dr. Nouf was simply the most kind, warm, and caring doctor. She answered all of my questions in detail and was very reassuring about any concerns I had. Simply wonderful! I will 100% book with Medic Elle again!
If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would do that! Very rude staff! The receptionists are not respecting the patients at all! Their job is communicating with the patients respectfully, but they are not competent to do their job! Dr. Reiter is knowledgeable but she also doesn’t care about the patients, she doesn’t communicate properly, she is always rushed. If I could find another doctor I would avoid this clinic. This clinic is all about money, not people, they push you to buy a premium service, to get provide the same service that they have to! Avoid this place if you can!
Incredibly snobby and rude staff. Called me this morning to harass me after my wife and I cancelled our appointment over 24 hours in advanced. She said and quote " I don't serve parents who miss their first appointment". Clearly you haven't had your own kid lady. Will never go back, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Anywhere is better than this establishment.
I recently had an appointment with a doctor at this clinic and the receptionist on post that day was polite but I can't really say the same for the doctor's assistant. She questioned me about a certain test and when I mentioned the reason why I did not get it done she went into full rant mode and practically scolded me. After her rant, I asked her more details about the test and that's when she realized what I had said and the reason I did not get it done. This angered me because not only she should have picked up on that but she was talking so loudly that I'm sure the patients waiting outside her door heard what she was telling me, and the door was closed! When people confide personal, intimate details about themselves, please pay attention to what they are telling you instead of jumping to conclusions and reprimand them for the whole clinic to hear! As for the doctor, he was polite and answered my questions and made me feel comfortable discussing the matter I went to see him about.
Incredibly rude staff. We understand that they are busy but there is a nice way to explain that doctor has no availability. They need more training on showing compassion to patients.
A behavior that I have seen in clinics in general: the service provided by the medical professional, such as, nurses and doctors, are all very polite and kind. But with regard to customer service, starting from the reception, I have seen many people who are cold, not very kind and sometimes a little rude, unfortunelly.
I have to be honest, the doctors are really competent professionals, but if you can see them. Impossible to get a normal appointment with your family doctor, nor with your children's doctor within a reasonable timeframe. Earliest appointment is at least in 2-3 weeks whenever you call. If you have an urgent situation, the reception staff rudely tell you to go to the emergency room. If you complain about the super late availability, they ask you if you have an urgent situation??? You have to "fine tune" your urgency so they will not order you to go to the emergency, but they favour you with one of the urgent appointment spots available in the forthcoming days. Very frustrating, very dissappointing and very bad organisation in this clinic... EDIT: As a response to the below comment, the above information are based on my personal experience, I am already a patient of this clinic and this is what I get everytime I call. The latest experience was; I waited 3 weeks for an appointment with my family doctor, then I've been informed on the day of appointment, that it has to be rescheduled because the doctor is sick very understandable, very human but the new proposed date is in 5 weeks! True story!
Overall good clinic and I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews about the staff. We go there to see Dr. Ben-Shoshan who has by far been the best and most pleasant doctor we have seen in this province. The staff is always super friendly and nice as well. The only reason the clinic lost a star in my rating is due to the long wait time over the phone that I always encounter and the lack of online appointment booking options which today many clinics do provide.
I have been to many medical offices. None compare to this one starting with the front line receptionists who are professional and courteous. The office is immaculately clean. Best of all my doctor is a wonderful kind, caring human being. I highly recommend this office for a myriad of reasons mostly good care.
Very hard to get an appointment with your doctor here. Even with serious health issues. My wife is seriously immuno suppressed and they just say go the ER. Great Doctors and nurses here but going to the emergency room is just not a safe option for us.
