Receptionist this morning only spoke French. Really rude with an attitude. She said she is only a secretary. Yes, the first one who gives the First Impression of the establishment!! I only went to ask a question because you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Need to chase after results. A false negative for mono I was hoping to get the blood test done as it was originally done at the triage downstairs the week before. Some nurse who spoke English came out. She wasn’t friendly either. She said we aren’t going to see him to give him another paper. Thankful for the UP Clinic!!

Very nice resident doctors but terrible terrible reception. One receptionist only speaks french and closes the line in my face every time i try to get an appointment. I’ve tried to get appointments for my son after i gave birth but they refuse to listen to me and more than once they put me in hold while i’m still talking. Very rude unprofessional and just plain disrespectful. My advice is to go find another place that respects its costumers

I have literally all year trying to get an appointment, either the receptionist tell me to call later saying there is not an available date or the machine say there are so much calls, try to call later, how the hell a medical service is this impossible to get, it's ridiculous, the doctors are good, but the reception it's the worst, what sens have to have a family doctor here if you can't even get an appointment.

I think Dr Maude Lepage should resolve her personal issues out of her clinic timing cos she’s the rudest doctor I have ever visited in my life.
