Clinique Médicale Urgence St-Hubert

Horrible experience happened multiple times that doctor doesn't give my grandmother medication because she can't speak English and he feels "uncomfortable". Extremely disrespectful doctor. Do not recommend to anyone of colour.lol.

Not a great service, first i came really early I was number 5 the receptionist took all patient's info as well our RAMQ and sent everybody home, saying Dr. will arrive late and to call later to check for our appointment.Receptionist call around 1 to say Dr is not yet there and she doesn't know at what time he will arrive and if he will.Then I called around 5 pm to have news, nobody answers the phone.At this point and because i was feeling pretty bad I was able to make another appointment in a private clinic for next day but I was mad because in this clinic they took my RAMQ info. Around 6:30 I received the news that Dr. C Melanson arrive and I can show up, I did show up because they got all my info. After a general revision he sent me antibiotics cause I had a big infection in my throat and he said was pretty contagious but anyways he sent me to work next day, i asked for a day to recover but he said I can work in that condition.Anyways , next day I went to work, the AC killed me again but later I went to the other clinic and the Dr in there sent me home right away ..first because it was clear I wasn't at 100% to work, (I was like at 30%) then she said that it was pretty contagious and I could infect my coworkers, so she sent me home for that day and 2 days more to recover.The issue here is I don't have any idea how this Dr. C Melanson can be so damn cold blood, they prescribe you but recover is important so the drugs can act faster and people can have a full recover... at least the prescription was not bad, the other Doctor told me it was the basic treatment for my throat infection, but indeed I needed to be at home so I could fully recover.That was my experience in this Clinique Medicale Urgence St-Hubert.My other question here is, what happen with the people that couldn't show up later, does the Doctor claim those RAMQ info that receptionist took early that morning as true medical visits?

Je voudrais donner un nombre négatif d'etoiles!!! Les receptionistes les plus desagreables et les moins aidantes que j'aie jamais vu! Impressionant!

Je ne donne même pas une étoile, y étant obligé pour pouvoir publier mon commentaire. Je ne suis pas impressionné par le service à la clintèle ni du service médicale. J'ai lu les commentaires précédents, et je dois admettre que le 'docteur' Melaçon est non seulement arrivé une demie heure en retard, mais a attendu emcore environ une demie heure pour appeler son premier patient. Il n'est pas vite sur ses patins et je ne compte pas y retourner de si tôt. Avis à toutes les autres cliniques, si vous ne vous améliorez pas dans ce sens, on va aller dans d'autres cliniques. Sachez que des vies sont en jeu et on ne joue pas avec ça!

J'y suis retournée 4 fois en 2 mois pour traiter une infection qui n'est toujours pas partie... Le Dr. est un vrai incompétent de la médecine, toujours pressé et toujours en retard, incapable de faire des prélèvements et de les envoyer sains et saufs à l'hôpital pour des analyses. Sans compter la secrétaire qui échappe les échantillons devant moi et qui prend 15 minutes à leur coller 3 étiquettes. On reçoit des appels pour se faire dire que le Dr. veut nous revoir mais on ne sait jamais pourquoi... On y retourne, on perd une journée de travail pour apprendre que les résultats ont étés perdus. Alors on reprend les tests et ressort avec une infection qui empire et sans prescription. Et puis quand on la reçoit enfin la maudite prescription, elle ne fait qu'irriter et aggraver la situation. C'est à croire qu'on a sorti le personnel d'un cirque...
