Clinical Lapinière

I saw a good doctor (Dr. Blais) 30 minutes after consultation time by Bonjour-santé so that was quick. Only drawback was the receptionist who was a little bit rude.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Very bad service from the rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful young man at the front desk. His name is Ikya. He was not helpful at all when it came to taking appointments online and/or giving information required for further appointments. My medical card was expired, and so I decided to see a doctor and pay because it was an emergency. He refused to provide me the service and said it does not apply in Quebec anymore. I went to Jean Coutu and the pharmacist said otherwise. Not what I wanted to do on a Sunday morning.

Dr. Namen is Very professional. Wish they implement simpler ex# 1 to 10 merci.

Terrible service. It's impossible to talk to anyone on the phone in under 15 minutes even if it's to schedule an appointment with your family doctor (that you've been with for years). Don't call close to 4PM or the receptionists will put you on hold until 4PM and then cut you off because they close - happened to me way too often.
