I feel the same about some of the negative comments. The staff was great and helpful but there is a huge lack of communication. One observation is that the clinic doesn't have any masks to give out if needed. They sent me to the pharmacy upstairs to get one.

The worst and worst reception. The secretary is very rude, impatient, and uneducated. She does not want to spend even one minute to talk. She just told me to go to internet to make an appointment. And she is not able to spell the website address. When I wanted to ask more questions. She started making disgusting noises. I feel so disappointed to having that kind of medical staff, even she is just a secretary.

Kindest doctor ever! came in, was seen by the nurse right away, and a few minutes later was seen by Dr. Lucie Ouimet. So so so kind! Amazing service, was pleasantly surprised.

The secretaries were very rude and impatient. Please hire people who can effectively represent the front line of a medical facility!

The doctor and the receptionist were fine, but I can only give a one star because of the nurse or nurses aid Julie Cauchon. I have never been spoken to by anyone in such an arrogant way. She is on some kind of power trip. I believe she has chosen the wrong career.

Went for the walk in clinic. The doctor was so nice and so cute. She was so friendly and answered all my questions. Receptionist was also nice. I only wish that it were easier to book appointments. They use the bonjour-santé site and finding any appointment is really hard. I woke up 3 mornings in a row at 7am for new openings like the site said and there would be nothing. I'd have to keep refreshing every 15-30 mins and even then I wouldn't find anything. I don't quite understand it.

Good team of doctors, since new system for appointments, it’s more difficult to see someone. Ive been trying to book an appointment for a week now, 7:00am on the dot, and never an avaiablility. However the staff are a great, and medical doctors are professional.

I am giving 5 stars based on my experience with the doctor, not the clinic. Dr.Blais who I have been seeing for 4 years now is absolutely marvelous. He is kind, caring and takes his time with you if you have concerns or questions. As someone with a fear of doctors, he has completely put me at ease.

Terrible service. It's impossible to talk to anyone on the phone in under 15 minutes even if it's to schedule an appointment with your family doctor that you've been with for years. Don't call close to 4PM or the receptionists will put you on hold until 4PM and then cut you off because they close - happened to me way too often.

Agree with some people saying all negative comments may be before reservation system. Got the appointment same day with bonjour sante. In the Clinic, My first experience was amazing, staff and doctor both were really nice and understanding and took me less than 30 mins to finish all the work there. I highly recommend this clinic.
