Went there to renew my health card (RAMQ) and forgot to bring photocopies of the official documents. I ask the lady at the counter if she can help me to make a copy of them. The copy machine was just next to her and it was not a busy day at all. She told me that they make photocopy for everything except for the RAMQ! She refused to make photocopy for my documents and asked a pregnant woman at the end of her pregnancy to find a copy machine on a very hot and humid day. Very desapointed by the service and how people can be heartless...

Terrible service. Walked in, specified AT INSCRIPTION that I was there to renew a prescription, waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE BEING SEEN A TRIAGE to be told that they NO LONGER RENEW PRESCRIPTIONS. I've been going to this CLSC for my prescription for over 5 years and never had any problems until today! I should have been warned AT INSCRIPTION TIME that they weren't offering this service any more!!
