Tau Markets

If you are a looking for anything organic/vegan/vegetarian/supplement this is the place to go... if you want to pay over $4 for cucumber water ... this is the place to go... so it is pricey for some things ... but if you are looking for hard-to-find foods or supplements I saw just about everything I could name here AND a bunch of things I've never heard of ... the staff seem to be quite knowledgeable though they don't really move out of your way when you are looking in the aisles ... otherwise the place looks clean and is very orderly. I even found Moringa tea powder for my sister! Would recommend but bring a full wallet.

They used to have a great variety of fruits and vegetables, but now they carry fewer options. They will have 6 kind of lettuce, but no eggplant. 6 kings of apples, but no peaches. Also, some items are extremely inflated in prices. 11.99 /kg for bulk normal sea salt...makes no sense. 4$ for Mac and cheese when I've seen it for 2.30$ elsewhere (same organic brand). The meat there is often rancid and we have to return it the next week. Their meat fridge is not cold enough.

Tau is a big store with fresh vegetables, dry fruits, organic meat/ milk and other products. It also have lots of vitamins and Homeopathic medicine. Well organized.

Excellent variety of organic products. But little low carb and no keto.
