Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, conveniently located near the town hall and library. Loved their swimming pool, fitness centre and hot tub . The room we stayed in is spacious. The cafe and restaurant inside the hotel is quite good too. You can enjoy a couple of drinks with your friends in the restaurant, very good atmosphere. Overall a wonderful experience. Super friendly staff and very good service. Highly recommend it.

Love this hotel. Nicely appointed. Amazing views from the upper rooms. The outdoor pool and hot tub are great. Great service and care from all the staff. The in-house restaurant and cafe are great.nnLocation is very convenient with skytrain to Vancouver, and plenty of parking on-site. The area can be a little sketchy, but there's plenty of gems in the area if you do your research.

Cool modern hotel with well-appointed rooms. Lobby restaurant is popular and also 4+ stars. Breakfast buffet was complimentary for Platinum and above. As others mentioned, the neighborhood is currently in mid-gentrification stages.

This is a beautiful hotel with tons of great restaurant options within walking distance. Although Surrey may not be people’s favourite area being directly next to the station is very convenient. For me the location was perfect, however, if you are more a tourist traveller then I would give it 2 stars for location. Hotel itself is very nice and when you consider the area it is very very nice! Area is sketchy at best. But if you have business in the area there is absolutely nothing around above a 2star.
