Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection

I stayed with my family this past week and check in was quick and easy. The room is not that spacious if you’re traveling with kids. Room service was great and we left for sometime and came back to a tidy room and restocked coffee with filtered water the next day. Basic amenities were provided, such as hand soap, lotion, shampoo and bath soap. No toothbrush or paste. One downside was the location. It was quite noisy and a lot ofnhomeless outside.

I had an exceptional check-in experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Danielle. She welcomed us with genuine friendliness, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. She’s also informative about the hotel's amenities and benefits. Despite our numerous questions as Titanium members, she handled our inquiries with professionalism, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and efficient. - S. He

Stayed here a few nights ago. Hotel is in a convenient location to the skytrain. Room was modern, clean and quiet at night. Had an issue with the room locks and staff tried their best to repair quickly but ended up moving me to a better room which was great. Was very happy with the stay!

The hotel is nice and feels very new.nIt's a 20 something story building.nThe restaurant was good. Also, several Asian places close by.nThe train is less than a minute walk from the front door to get to Vancouver proper.nI'll probably stay here next trip.nThere is an enterprise car rental about a block away.nMost importantly the international staff were all fantastic to interact with.

I’ve seen some negative reviews about the service so I had to chime in with my experience. I was on crutches for my week long stay at the Civic and the service I received from check in to check out was amazing. They handled my bags for me, directed food delivery directly to my room and regularly checked in to see if I needed assistance. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are small but well equipped comfortable, the gym is great and the pool area is pretty cool. Overall great stay and best experience I’ve had staying in Surrey
