The service was awful! Not only was the dispatcher completely rude over the phone and treated us like complete idiots, the driver was also very rude to us in person and acted like we were taking his valuable time. But that isn't all. He took the liberty of giving himself a tip out of my change without permission of any kind. He just took it right out and didn't say a word. I will NEVER be doing business with this cab company EVER again. Awful display of business and not worth the headache to deal with subpar service and people stealing your money.

Horrible. I got in the car and AFTER driving two blocks the driver says his debit machine is down. Is that even legal? I was already almost late for work because it took him so long to figure out my relatively simple address. He made me go withdraw from an ATM. I had to spend 3.15 to withdraw 20 bucks for what should have been a five minute drive. Never calling city cabs again. So unprofessional.

Worst drivers ever!!! They do not use turn signals, speed down residential streets & cut pedestrians off at crosswalks. This is my observations on my daily drives in the city. I confronted one who almost hit me backing up because he forgot to look. He tried blaming me and I told him it is all on my dash cam. He didn't care. City Cabs better smarten up before they hurt someone

This is why uber beats city cabs, uber is cheaper and way more professional.

Worst service I have ever seen and the call center will start yelling out you are swearing at them and hang up so as not to deal with complaints.
