They were very helpful, fitting me in even though they were fully booked. They fixed the crack on my windshield so you can’t even see it and even polished the plastic sides on my car doors which had been damaged by construction dust. Thanks for your help and quick and efficient service! Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Speedy took excellent care of me from the moment I walked through the door. My back window pretty much shattered due to the cold. They offered to remove the remaining glass and wrap and tape the open window without me even having decided to go with them for replacement. My rear wiper had broken off a while ago and I still hadn’t gotten around to getting the new one on and when my vehicle was picked up the new wiper/arm was on! I would like to give a 5 star rating, to a great experience I had with Speedy Auto Glass in Waterloo. My car front windshield was leaking as I thought, but once Trevor of Speedy Waterloo looked under the hood, he figured out it was just my drain plugs were clogged. When I asked for the bill to my surprise , there was none. Trevor said it took hin 10 minutes to figure out my problem, and no charge for the work. I want everyone to know that from now on Speedy Auto Glass Waterloo has earned my respect as well as my business. Thank you Trevor. I'll pass along this experience to my family and friends. The staff were all really nice! A tech came out to look at my windshield for free when I wasn't sure if a scratch was a safety concern or not, and he checked over my whole windshield even though I only asked about one spot. Thank you!
My rearview mirror absolutely refuses to stay adhered to my car's windshield. I tried three different DIY kits over the last couple of years and nothing lasted longer than 6 or 8 months. I figure it's time to call in the professionals. Called these folks in the morning and they had my car in the shop that afternoon. Half an hour later I was on my way with a properly affixed rearview mirror!
Mike was awesome to deal with. Had to have rear view mirror glued back on. No charge will be doing business when needed with Speedy

I had a very positive experience recently with Speedy Glass Waterloo. There was a supply chain delay not within the control of the dealer that slowed the delivery of the replacement windshield. The location manager, Mike, was very attentive, and kept me well informed throughout the process until the windshield arrived. I appreciated the high level of customer service, which was consistent with other excellent service I have experienced on previous occasions at this location. All I can say is WOW!!! I booked my car in for a stone chip repair....pretty standard.....immediately I was greeted by a sweet friendly face and given all the info I needed. When we were doing the required 360-check we discussed a big scratch someone gifted my passenger side door....the representative said she would see if they could recommend someone to fix it.....we chatted while my windshield was repaired. It took less than half the time quoted and though they cautioned I'd still be able to see it, it's barely visible! When I went to leave the gent who handled the fix offered a reference for my scratch repair! I was so grateful....then he asked for the paper back so he could give his name hoping I would get a discount! This is a business....yes....and they are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and the product is second-to-none.....but this business is operated by amazing people. That's really hard to come by.
