5 guys round trip was nearly $360. I asked the driver to take the 407 west coming back from Pearson because the 401 was at a stand still. Picked up and dropped off 2 passengers there and back. We would have been better off taking an Uber. Not to mention parking at Pearson for 5 days is cheaper. Never using this shuttle service again.

I was so tired from my last flight but Airways Transit was so helpful!. I'm always grateful with excellent customer service and the driver is just wonderful. Smooth ride back home and the driver even helped me carry my luggage to my porch. Thanks

Been using this service a dozen times a year and more, too and from airport. Have wormed their way around 401 messes, on roads I didn't know existed, on more than one occasion. Always grateful when I get in late, tired to have them drive.

Never been talked down to so much. The operations manager of the Waterloo Division Beverly Wadel- Turcotte should not be in any position of Customer service. I have used them before not by Beverly and was a fantastic experience. This time I will not be recommending them, I myself in customer service would never dream laughing at my clients and calling them ridiculous for their request.
