The only positive is I got to where I needed to go. Taxi was dirty inside. Driver constantly shifted foot from gas to brake so the drive was very jerky. (I have since heard that it gets the meter clocking $ faster). Also the driver spent a lot of time changing station on the radio rather than looking at the road. I found that $19.00 was a bit high for a 6.3 km trip. I will not be using this service again.

I want to like Burlington Taxi, especially as a new resident of Burlington. For the most part on the few times I've used their service the drivers are friendly and on time. However my last call was a total failure with over-promising and a complete NO SHOW. I called at 4:25pm and the man was clearly grumpy and short with me despite me being polite. He stated the cab would be 10-20 minutes. 35 minutes roll by and I call to find out where the cab is, they said it was coming but wouldn't pin down a time until I directly asked. "Oh about 5 minutes, he's at the post and should be on his way." 15 minutes later we start walking trying to find a Burlington Transit stop. A total of 1 Hour has now elapsed from my call at 4:25, still no cab. Had it not been for the kindness of a complete stranger we would have not gotten home. 11 Minutes after we board the GO train, 50 minutes after our first call, we get the text that the cab is on its way. No follow up calls, no apologies, just over promises. Not cool. I've never considered using Uber up until this point. This complete failure of customer service makes me consider it. The second star is only because of those other drivers who came before this failure.

Have used Burlington Taxi a few times in the past month. Great service and using the app is seamless. It's great to know when your cab is expected to arrive.

I’ve used them twice now for a ride to the airport, but I won’t use them again. Despite asking for a car they sent a mini-van, that cost me as much as a limo, despite only being 1 person? I swear they did it so they could charge more. There are other car services that are cleaner and more comfortable for the same or less. Do yourself a favour, call someone else.

Burlington Taxi are excellent they are always on time and I do enjoy using them. Keep up the good work. Very satisfied customer.
