Thomas did a fantastic job helping us locate a home in SW Calgary. He was patient and responsive and took us to look at many homes until we found the perfect match. One thing which stood out was his knowledge of the market along with his attention to detail. Once we found the home we loved, Thomas negotiated with the seller and was able to get us our home for $15,000 under the asking price. I highly recommend using Thomas and would happily go through the process with him again.

We Thomas Keeper at Tink to help me buy my house and he was really helpful all the way through. My wife and I met him at an open house and right away he started actually working for us. I'd worked with a few agents in the past and all they really did was email us listings. Thomas found our place for us and was there to help through the offer and negotiations all the way through to moving in. He even gave us a lovely gift on moving in. We both really liked Thomas and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Thomas!

I met Thomas Keeper at a Tink open house and he was quick to impress with his knowledge of the house itself and the neighbourhood. My girlfriend and I decided to give him a chance and we were happy with how he picked out houses for us to see and the ones he chose. We ended up taking only a week to find a place and we're happy with it now. The experience was kind of a whirlwind but Thomas is smart and he knows his stuff. We were happy to have him negotiating for us because he was tough. Overall a good experience.

We just sold our home with Tink and the experience was exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions and gave us some great staging advice. We really enjoyed having a team where when one person wasn’t available, another would step in and it was a smooth easy process. We would definitely recommend.

I started working with an agent from Tink after meeting one at an open house. He was super knowledgeable and a lot better to work with than the agent I had been working with before. He picked out houses for me to look at that actually were what I was asking for. I’m so glad I ended up using him to purchase because he helped me navigate and win the property when another couple was also trying for it. Thanks to everyone at Tink for yOur expertise and experience.
