Sweet Praxis is a weekend tradition for us now. Delicious coffee and pastries, and a lot of vegan/non-dairy options. We love them!

I made a special order online and the service was fantastic. The cake was even better. I needed a gluten free and vegan cake for a birthday party and it was incredible. One of the best cakes I have ever had. Will be ordering from here again without a doubt.

Best Croissants in Syracuse, and one of the best I've had on the Eastern Seaboard. The texture harkened back to the most authentic croissants I've tried. This is must-go-to place when visiting the Salt City!

Every time I stop in there is something new to try. I have never had anything bad. I recommend the monthly high tea. It is a great time and it is fantastic to try several different treats.... the cookie was too good... it didn’t make the shot.

The best bakery with vegan and gluten free options in Syracuse! Their cafe is quaint, with spacious seating and a very friendly staff! Great place to do work, meet with friends, or just stop in for a coffee.
