Wow. Never been to a worse cinema. Fire alarm rang during the film, no staff could be found on site. We all waited outside and when staff finally showed up they let everyone in before the 4 fire trucks showed up which is technically illegal…. Scary to know they have zero protocol for this.nnBeyond that, the toilets are filthy, the carpet smells like rotting milk, AND when the film started they forgot to open the curtains in front of the screen. We had to go find someone to manually open the curtains. Then when that was fixed, they forgot to turn off the lights in the room! Had to find them again to turn off the lights.nNot what it used to be…

Everyone BEWARE!! Next time, remove the staple from your 1 set of 4-tickets or one of them will be robbed by this young prick who should be fired for theft.nnOne of my 4-ticket set at home is nowhere to be found at home, so yes I’ve been robbed 1-ticket but almost could’ve took the 2nd ticket out of the 4. I hope I’m not the only one, comment if you guys are victims witnesses of assuming your ticket/tickets were lost? I could use this in court if someone plans to sue them filing a lawsuit.nnThe food clerk would’ve given me a refund anyway in case I’m possibly right or not but sadly I refuse cos I have a parent with me and I don’t want him to have health problems, so I have no time to take this long and get to our seats “on time”. But don’t make wrong decisions to protect your family’s blood pressure like I did so plz focus on the LAW and don’t do anything illegal to defend your love one. I should come back once I have a free schedule… to address my “1-pass refund” which would’ve been given to me before I could pay back the food but…nn…I was too late to pay for a small popcorn and a medium drink. As the movies ended, the KIOSK is closed for me to pay what I haven’t unless GUZZO would make up for the missing ticket incident @ 9:30PM as of 07/18/24. I’m concerned the workers at KIOSK may be Fired for not addressing the Food payment and I could possibly be banned and/or do “Community Service”. I’d feel bad for them but the cashier organizing the ticket should be blamed for causing problems not just me, but to their co-workers as well. I like going here at quiet times in empty theaters. It's never really that clean popcorn everywhere, sticky floor, gum on chairs, bathroom stalls a mess and the chairs are old probably need good steam cleaning too but they have the new movies I want to watch usually and it's a short drive from my house. The bowling and bumpercars are long ways out of order and railings in disrepair. But I wouldn't use that stuff anyway. Staff are usually a bunch of young adults and I guess they are doing their best.

I haven't been to Guzzo in awhile. The theater is fine if it's the Imax you are going to see. The regular viewing rooms have outdated chairs which aren't comfortable. It's time to replace those with the chairs like you have in the Imax.nnThe cost of the concession stand is very expensive. The medium drinks have not been reduced in size and the large as well has been reduced in size and charging more of course.

The theater needs a intensive cleaning floors and carpets and walls. When you walk in to the theater you are overpowered by a strong stench! One would expect a nice aroma of popcorn. However this is no the case.we will not visit this theater again.
