Went to the pre-release of scream seven and they were supposed to have promo posters. They said because they are a small theatre they didn’t receive them and I should have gone downtown. Seats were dated, and armrest were even missing the cushion part. Staff was pretty nice though

The place is really old. Screens are small and sets are not in ascending order: it is not the best idea to book the last row for the best view. Seats are old and pretty much non functional. The only good thing staff is really polite. Rest it is not worth it. Parking is very easy.

Went to see a movie for Valentine’s Day there. The movie we were going to watch was crime 101. The theatre on the ticket was wrong and the lights were flashing like when they’re about to die. We had to ask the staff where our movie was playing since everywhere it was saying theatre 2 when it was really theatre 9.nnWe ended up alone in the theatre when it was saying it was sold out. Not complaining about it but I wonder if other people also missed the movie as a result.

Great cinema. I didn't like that the emergency exit lights where sooooo bright in screen 10. I know it's for safety but maybe look into a less bright sign. They were under staff also but i think they just didn't expect that many people at 10 on a Saturday night.i think it's the same everywhere but it is so expensive. 35$ for just myself to go see a 20 years old movie. But overall i was a great cinema.

Dry Rude Staff- came on community day and were late but it was confusing to navigate and we weren’t sure if we could still get into the movie as the details of community didn’t specify much. The gates were partially closed and only open for people to leave. No sign outside and no one to clarify things. Went in and asked and the server just kept repeating the same line “family day is from 9-11. 9-11. It was drustrating as we got there at 11:15 and normally for movies even though you’re late you can still get a ticket and go in. They were clearly cleaning and resetting thing but I just wanted the movies I didn’t care if we couldn’t have treats. I kept reiterating that the show still showed as available on the site which is why we came and it said we could only get ticket at the place. So rude she was to me. She just kept repeating the same line and never addressed my concerns in a professional and understanding manner. Later on an another employee chimed in after 5 minutes of me and this lady bickering. This other lady stated that the system was closed down some time after 11 and they could no longer register tickets for community day so even if we wanted to she couldn’t. Anyways all to say that day was a flop and the advertising isn’t clear as it said community and most people read that as the whole day and not just the daytime. I never really like going here because it’s always freezing and you don’t get the best movie experience but after that altercation with the employee I will most likely avoid this place like the plague and I will be telling others to do so as well. Really not a fun experience rudest employees ever
