Cinema Guzzo

The game machines inside play only with coins. that is, not with a credit card or any other card. Worst of all, the coin machine doesn't work well either. game machines are old and in bad condition. many are out of use. Some even have cables outside. children's playground through the darkness. there is no light. There is no age limit for bumper cars. A 3-year-old can enter with his/her parents, which is bad. The game machines work with 1 coin and 1 coin is 1 dollar. I think it's expensive. the employees are friendly, hardworking, they all speak English and speak without hesitation, which is very good. Overall bad, I didn't like it much.

I'll start off by saying the staff is great, but that's probably the only thing going for this theatre. There is so much potential for this theatre and I don't understand why it's being neglected so badly. The arcade would be amazing if three quarters of the games actually worked rather than the mere twenty five percent. The lighting inside is terrible. The food was not great. Popcorn was just okay. Inside the actual screening room we were in, it was freezing!! Im always prepared to be a little cooler but I couldn't take my winter coat off the entire time and I wish I wore my boots instead of shoes. Also there's a very visible tear in the bottom of the screen. The seating is so old. It's all falling apart. There were seats that the material was torn and the foam was completely exposed. I really hope this theater gets some tlc because it could be amazing. Until then I won't be returning to this theatre.

The sound quality was awful in our theatre. It took me maybe 20 minutes to get used to it. Also the door to the room was never shut so we could hear the music in the hall and people screaming. This was for Wakanda Forever in English, room 14. The staff who served us popcorn were good. Fix that audio!

Be aware of the False advertising on the English movie schedule, i show up pass Sunday dec 4 to watch a movie strange world bringing my kids and a friend for the 1030am schedule which on their website says that the English version plays at that specific time , once we got there and i bought the tickets just in that moment we where told that that movie for the 1030am was just in the french version , this is not right and must be fix , people reserve dates and time for specific activities to do accordingly, a suggestion call in advance and make sure the movie you wanna see is actually playing at the time u had chosen. So u can have a better experience and dont relay on the website.

Very outdated cinema , the imax room is not bad with decent audio. Food is pricey , 5$ for a bag of gummy 85g ??? Total ripoff All video games except the new pacman are either dead , broken or screen have severe burn in. Definitely need a refresh

Plenty of parking lot spaces. Clean cinema rooms. On the down side, a lot of arcade games are not working.

This is disapointing, on their page is says they pass english version at certain times and you arrive only to realise it's not true, it's french. I mean why you lie, it's disgusting. I guess Covid changed everything and Guzzo simply does bot care anymore how to run the business fair. Just put the right info on the website and don't make people come a long way to realise that.

Worst cinema experience available out there missing arm wrest. Cup holders are dirty not properly cleaned. Once waited 40min to get told they lost the film. Yeah lost the film "deleted ut by accident" and all we got offered was a refund. Just for the ticket not the food nothing.

Going there for the kids and the arcades games, most of them are broken. Also, you will wait to long on the food counter. No staff.

I enjoy this movie theatre, I wish there were more movies playing in English
