Cinémas Guzzo

Went to go see King Fu Panda 4 with my bf tonight and our experience was okay but not the best. The games that they had in the lobby were interesting….most out of order and we saw one that was being held together by duct tape. When my boyfriend and I walked into the theatre and sat down we were very uncomfortable. We looked and saw that the whole backing of our seats were breaking off and that’s why we were so uncomfortable. We ended up moving to new seats and felt better but still not very comfortable as the seat cushions were very lumpy. When the commercial started before the movie my bf noticed the screen wasn’t even aligned properly.nBathrooms were clean and so was the theatre we were in.

We went on Thursday, and they had the wrong timings posted on the board! And the guy was so annoyed when I asked him about it.nnMostly kids working here so CS is not so great but they are teenagers.nThey have bumper cars here, and they do t even allow them to be turned on! I was so disappointed about that.nI really enjoyed the movie we watched, The Marvels. I chose nThey have sooooo many tables outside of the cinemas.nThe washrooms can be cleaner.

Really great movie theatre went here many times and it’s always good. You can obviously buy popcorn, chocolate and drinks although it’s a bit expensive 1 popcorn and 2 slushies cost me more than the ticket. The games area is not always working but that’s fine. Would recommend going before 6pm because you can watch imax movies for half the price. I would say the seats are not very comfortable especially for a long movie like Dune Great movie btw. Overall I’m still very satisfied with the experience!

We were going to see Deadpool and Wolverine movie. Unfourtunately the 9h25pm schedule was moved to a new 10h25pm schedule because of water flod in one of the rooms.nnAt the time the movie should have started, there was an outage and we were asked to leave the place and go to the counter.nThe manager at the counter informed us that we would get the free entrance again but no refunds.nI had a certificate including 2 tickets+2 drinks+1popcorn.nAs I did have some sips and ate a bit of popcorns, we did not get to eat or drink while enjoying the movie. I was unpleased by the situation as I understand it is not their fault but I wish there would have been a better customer service by offering the drinks and popcorn as goodwill for our next time. Maybe to have a better customer experience? Maybe to get a better review when customers are satisfied?

It's ok as movie theatres go. Understaffed. Difficult to find the correct theatre as posters not updated. But seats were comfortable and snacks not too expensive. Guy at the snack bar was pleasant.
