Chicken wasn't properly cooked! it had blood! and they gave us chicken that was from the night before, not fresh at all!. Also the taste of the chicken, yuka and even the salad was not the same as the Chicos Brasa in Markham!. Is like two total different places that only share the name. Who ever is running Chicos Markham should run Chicos Vaughan as well because they running this to the ground!. For best experience to anyone reading this just go to Chicos Brasa in Markham. Also call them in advance because Chicos Vaughan is badly manage, is best for take out since is a really tiny place. Credit card machine was out of order and on top they don't open on time. Horrible experience and waste of gas since we had to drive close to an hour to get the terrible food in the end.
Alvaro was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. He listened to and helped with all my catering needs. The food was fresh and exploding with taste. Will be coming back regularly and I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality Peruvian food.

Haven't had pollo a la brasa in a while so figured why not. Hate to rate one star since the service was good BUT myself and my GF got sick afterwords. Won't be returning

I've only had their whole chicken, Caesar and Peruvian salad to go. The chicken is delicious and HALAL ! Juicy, well seasoned and very savoury. Such an easy take out meal when I don't feel like cooking. Great price for a whole chicken, sauce plus one side all for 25 and some change. Leftovers still taste great reheated the next day. Great value and friendly staff that serve with a smile! I will definitely be going back to try other dishes on their menu! I highly recommended this place.
