I went in there without making appointment. Got Megan to cut my hair (as she's available). Hard to communicate, and she cuts my hair very roughly and quickly. It was very painful.

Came here withba picture of the hair style I wanted. The hair dresser acted likenshe knew what I wanted and how to do it but in the end I came out with something completely different. I asked and reminded her multiple times while cutting and she said she knew what she was doing. But that was all talk. What's the point of taking a picture all in different angles to show the hair style you want if you dont get it?  Only reason for 2 stars is because of the shampoo girl. Hairdresser. Not so good.  Over priced and poor job.  Hairdressers never stay more than a few months. Bad. Very bad

Worst mistake of my life. 

Botched permanent makeup. Had to pay for correction elsewhere. Asked for a refund and no one has even called me back. So I paid to ruin my face and then paid again to fix it. 

I cried a lot and even had to have some ink burned off causing scarring. Very traumatic experience especially when I was so excited to get it done. 

I had horns for eyeliner - like Halloween. I'm am crying as I'm typing this. I will post a pic of my butchered face after Julia burned off the horns. Who tattoos that low down?!?!!
