I got out of the chair and started bawling. She cut off all my hair! I've been trying to grow it out for 6 months! I told the hair dresser I did NOT want a short haircut- I told her I wanted just the split ends cut off. We agreed upon a length and then she started cutting. She started at the back and by the time I realized what she was doing, she had cut off 4 inches of my hair. I will NEVER EVER go to this hair salon EVER again and to all those who dare walk through their doors AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you want to cry yourself to sleep.

I had a wonderful time at Azzi hair studio! They always have the best customer service, making me feel welcome and they always know exactly what to do with my hair. Will continue to come to the studio for my hair cuts!!

Just walked in to get some pricing info because I've heard it was expensive. I had to wait three times for the only lady in the place to get off of her phone. To which she interrupted every question I had to respond to her cell. I've never heard anything good come out of this place but I thought I'd give it a shot. I ended up giving back the brochure when she got annoyed at me for asking questions. Rude and from everything I've heard VERY bad at their jobs.

The Chinese guy said he did the high graduation and holding angle on my hair. But what it looks like is just straightsnips. When I discussed to him, he said we already run out of time and he over do for it(another customer is wait it for him). He reject to do the hair setting for me ever I asked for. All of the salons I been will do it without charge. It is the most expensive($57) and the worst salons ever. I got the nice haircut and great service in a salons in kingways is just 40 buck.
