I wish can give them more than five stars. Sherm is such an angel , it was my very first experience with them and I have no words for Sherm she is too sweet and calm person I met. She have such a positive attitude. Her service is amazing, I stepped out from the salon with full satisfaction. If you ever visiting to this salon for very first time and your hairs are in hands of Sherm don’t worry at all you gonna never regret.

I went to AURA for the first time. My appointment was booked with Sherm. She’s so sweet. She gave me such a lovely haircut and highlights. She also helped me choose an appropriate color for the highlights that suits my skin tone. I also got so many compliments. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Came in Feb 18th to have highlights put in to blend my gray roots . The girl didn't do highlights she did a balyage. Completely fried my hair . Toned it and the ends went green mids red brown and then my roots .toned again and then they were a muddy brown . Toned for a 3rd time and I ended up with darker ends . Once I washed my hair all the toner came out and I have grey green end that will have to be chopped off . As you can see from the photos my hair is now has splotches all over of different colors. I'm so un happy with what they did . I wish i never went .Service: Hairstyling

I have been to this salon many times and I finally found my go to person, Jason. I am late to this message but I have to say you is a hidden talent. He is very knowledgeable, professional and talented. I definitely will be going back and be a long time customer of his moving forward. Thank you Jason for you skills and understanding of my hair. I have been doing my hair color here for the last 2 years. my overall experience is good except the last time. I usually take the service from Sonia but last time she was not available so I booked someone else I am not mentioning the name here. The lady did not clean the residue color from my forehead and said that it would go away if I use makeup remover at home. I did that but it did not go away! it was really frustrating because I am spending 120 bucks for my hair color then why would I spend time and energy at home to cleanup the color!! Also, Sonia used to put some liveon conditioner and some type of oil which made my hair look really shiny. but this time I did not get anything except unnecessary high heat on my hair. I am really disappointed. Since I am paying equal amount for service from all of them, as a customer/ client, I can expect equal service from all of them. Edit: last week I did my hair from Sherm and she did an amazing job! now again I got back my proper hair

I’ve been visiting this salon for a few years now and they are absolutely amazing. A little on the pricey side but totally totally worth it once you see the end result. I am very particular about my hair and Joseph has always been my stylist He is friendly, professional, the kindest person ever and leave my hair looking like Only place I will ever get my hair cut now.

Everyone is nice and friendly. The stylists are a bit hit or miss, but to their credit they actually called me when I asked a question about whether or not they did do-overs for an uneven haircut I got. I got it evened out for free so that's good.

Tried this place for 2 haircuts with different stylists. The stylists are really great and friendly, but the receptionist is straight up rude and condescending. Scheduling an appointment there has become an unpleasant experience, enough to put me off from regularly getting my hair done there.

Had a really nice haircut and colour today. Linda did a great job. Thank you to the owner and staff for accommodating my concerns regarding my medical condition. I did realize when I got home that I under tipped my hairdresser because the machine calculates the tip amount only on the remaining balance after deposit. I will have to compensate her next time and remember to manually enter the tip amount if that is an option on the machine.
