Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill

The service at the bar is awful. This is not the first time that I have sat at a nearly empty bar and ended up leaving because nobody bothered to acknowledge me or serve me. Too busy clearing 2 empty glasses and avoiding eye contact

I decided to take my employees for dinner after a long day in Port Perry. We were greeted and sat down. The staff was extremely friendly. We all ordered steaks, I specifically ordered a sirloin steak, medium rare. When it got there, It looked awful. I checked the sign thinking and it didn't say 'Chuck's Road Kill' so I stared at it for about half a minute until I decided to try it. I had three bites and got nothing but fat and grissle. After poking at it for another 20 minutes, our server had returned. I explained my steak conundrum and they were beyond friendly about the debacle and removed the meal from the bill. It was much appreciated but was thinking that something better could have been done as my dinner was ruined. The rest of my staff said that theirs was 'ok' but not the best. Apparently there was a sewage leak in the basement causing everyone to be frazzled which is understandable. That's said, my bill was $80 and I didn't even eat. Oh and the corn was cold. I'm giving one star for the servers as they were really nice.

So never going to a roadhouse again. Walked in. Received a dirty look from our soon to be waiteress. But let’s get straight to the point. -order a pitcher and was the worst tasting beer I’ve ever had... like I’ve left beer out in the sun for a few hours and that beer taste better. -next like to complainn about Said beer and was unable to cause our waitress never came back ever.... we asked another waitress for our bill and left Went down to the road to Cr. Mustards where the power was out had better beer & service! If there was zero stars you would receive that

This was the Chucks Roadhouse in Port Perry. I want to be clear about this because my food and service was very good here. Don't go to the Chucks in the south end of Whitby! It's terrible!

Went for dinner. Gave me the wrong drink, no one came back for a half hour to check on us so I went to the bar to get my drink. No apology for messing up my drink. No one brought cutlery to our table so we helped ourselves to another empty table with a pile of cutlery on it. No one checked on us or offered water. Our waitress was also the bar tender. My first and last visit. On a positive note my food was good. I got the TRIO. Service...meh.
