DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

If there was a Zero rating in would give that. Drive through is extremely slow. Went to order at 740pm guy at drive through says that they have already shut down the grill for the night and are only serving ice cream now when I asked why as they are still open I got a very rude response. Will never go back. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down.

It's hotter in here than labour standards would allow. Judging by the portions and amount of toppings, I would say that the owner is too cheap to cool the place or serve a decent squirt of caramel.

I love dairy queen, the burgers are pretty good too. They're open decently late and pretty fast service

No ramp for wheelchair accessibility. Had to push two 300 lb power chairs up on the curb to get into the store. The server would not put the children's icecream in a cup....even after I explained to her that two of my boys have muscular dystrophy and don't have the best coordination to eat out of a cone. Then I went to order salads for my husband and I and they did not have any. I won't be coming back here! 😠

If I could rate this 0 stars for the worst Dairy Queen Iv ever been to I would. One they told me they didn't have cocoa fudge when I know in fact they do. everything I seemed to ask for the order taker seemed confused and very unsure. example: mayo on my burger, adding hot fudge to a blizzard etc. Not to mention, the guy smelt like he hadn't showered in days. I then proceed to wait 15 mins for my one burger combo and blizzard, even tho there was no one else in the restaurant but my friends and I. I will forever avoid this location.
