I came in to get a strawberry sundae and turtle Blizzard. The young lady who was helping us was very nice. But we asked for strawberry on top and bottom. What I assume was the manager or owner came out and yelled at the young lady regarding it. And was very rude to me and my mother regarding asking for more topping as there was barely anything to begin with. And she continued to yell at her while we where there eating. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend

My 80 year old grandfather was in last week got several drinks in 2 trays. Half way to the car the one try holding his broke. Your employees refused to remake his and told him to get lost. You need to put your employees through some training on how to be a good person and good employee. It was not his fault the tray the employees gave him broke and he should have been made a new one. The old owners would never have let something like this happen.

I wanted to disregard the ratings and give this place a chance, but those were reading this take heed, the ratings are accurate!!!!nnA malfunctioning ice cream means RIP OFF the customers. Watched her struggle with zero support from her team while she fumbled through. Same price. For each of these- significantly less in one.nDO BETTER!!nWould love management to contact me.

Absolutely the worst store in the world I hate giving any stars at all My handicap mother who just had a massive heart attack went there to pick up an ice cream cake for her grandson. She uses a walker, but had her canes There wasn’t a soul in the store & she asked for assistance as there were two employees, an Indian lady, and young man . She was denied saying it was against their policy. She then asked if she could buy the cake and then go through the drive threw and was denied… the Indian lady was extremely rude My mother said she was going to call head office and then the lady said she wasn’t going to serve her lol She got the cake by going through and paying through the drive threw with a compromise that she wouldn’t call head office on her. The whole thing is absolutely ridiculous… Upsets me to my core And I will be contacting head office THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD

We don't usually do reviews. But this time. Beware of the rude customer service cashier. She's not supposed to be working there. Too lazy to take orders, pretending she didn't see us waiting in line after the lady before us. No manners. Then we called her & I don't know why she said they didn't have scoops or cones, but there was a lot at her back. We ended up having our ice cream in a cup. Then my daughter asked about the receipt. She said the cashier just threw it out in the garbage as if she hadn't heard her. She's just one plain rude big lady.
