Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill / Harvey's

Ordered in store at 5:43pm. Waited till 6:32 pm and the food never showed up at our table. I went back to the cash and asked where our food was. 3 people had no idea. Asked for a refund, and after some confusion on how to work the register, we got our money back and went to Denny's. While getting the refund I watched a young kid throwing rolls onto a plate, and was grossed out, so was happy to take our money and get out. Do yourself a favour and go to either Denny's or Chucks Road House. Both are clean, great staff, and as an added bonus, you will actually get your food!

Love that they can accommodate large groups. Waitresses are friendly and very accommodating. Everyone had food delivered at the same time. Love that I can book family/friend group dinners and will get excellent service.

Dirty little scuzzy place. Waited 20 min for a take out order that was wrong when I got home. Tried KFC first they had no chicken ready and it is just as dirty.

Went to this location twice in the span of one week around 6.45pm ,ordered a half chicken dinner and was told were out of chicken. I never heard of that before,they wanted me to wait 45 minutes for chicken to cook. This is a poorly managed restaurant.

Food was good but they didn't have enough staff on so service was very slow.
