Fantastic! From their calamari with fennel and feta cheese to their Chop Burger with red pepper jelly and gouda everything was fantastic! Their servers are friendly and smiling! Best place in Bonner County!

CHOP is OPEN again! Can't wait to return on a warm summers afternoon with friends and enjoy the wonderful wine list, tasty apps, and wonderful dinners again! Fresh, innovative meals overseen by delightful chef Eddie....who has great experience and a true love for tasty cuisine! What could be better than a spot on the "sunset side of the lake", wearing flip~flops and shorts....with professional service, and smiles all around! Gary and Eddie got it goin' on!

CHOP is the full package: amazing service, gorgeous view and location, great drinks, refreshing salads, and the best burger one could hope for at the end of a fun day on the lake. I can't wait to come back to Hope and CHOP for happy hour!

Food and service were incredible. Unbelievable sunsets on the lake too! It doesn't get much better.

Chop is pseudo' gourmet and very over priced Resturant the service is good but the food is not. The floating resturant is alot better.
