Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve ordered delivery/pickup from this chipotle a few times and been incredibly disappointed by the quality each time. In the past, my orders are often completely wrong. When I call them, they say if I come back they can fix it, so i have to waste more of my own time for them to fix their own mistake.nnMy most recent experience with delivery has some photos attached. The portions are laughably small, and terribly put together. The salad had hardly any noticeable chicken, the bowl contents filled about 40% of the actual bowl, the tacos had some steak and toppings thrown onto a shell and smashed by a toddler in aluminum foil. All items arrived in an intact sealed bag from the courier.nnThe only reason I leave 2 stars is because if you go and order in person, the portions are great and the staff is friendly and attentive to the requests.nnIts sad though that the only good experiences I’ve had here are when I’m ordering in person and watching them put my items together.nnOtherwise, when ordering online for pickup or delivery, I’ve had a 0% success rate in either my order being correct at all, or being close to the quality youd expect from not just chipotle but any restaurant.

Talk about skimping on your order...nnI'm so glad I decided to use all of my rewards points and get Double Protein on to-go order today, only to get a normal amount of Chicken. There goes 700 points, when I was hoping to split this into 2 meals for lunch this week. I ordered Less assuming half Rice and got about 1/3 a service also. Received half the amont of Beans you'd normally get, but I didn't request any changes to the Beans on my order. Hardly any cheese too. I guess you can only trust restaurants to give you what you order, if you actually see them prepare it in front of you.nnDisappointed is a big understatement. At least the employee walking my order to me was friendly?

Idk what's going on here but their pico/mild tomato salsa is consistently salty during weekday lunch. I'd rather have it be on the bland side and have the customer add salt than to have it be too salty and inedible. This is the second burrito after letting them know and it's still bad.

I recently ordered takeout from Chipotle and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The brown rice in my dish was undercooked and hard, making it nearly inedible. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive the fajita veggies I had ordered, which was a key part of the meal.nnUnfortunately, I had to throw the entire dish away because it was just that bad. Driving 30 minutes back to the restaurant to get it fixed was simply not an option. This experience has left me seriously questioning whether my family and I will be eating at Chipotle again anytime soon. Very disappointing.

Dec 24th at noon. Ordered online and we picked up and brought home.n3 orders of chips…received 2nBarbacoa beef bowl with NO sourcreme.nHad sourcreme!!!! nGuacamole that was brown and no one wanted to eat. n2 other meals that were “ok”, other than being the smallest Chipotle bowls we’ve ever had!!!nSooooo disappointed in this restaurant and how much its gone downhill!!!nThese meals sold to us today were seriously sooo subpar I dont believe any manager would have allowed them out the door!!!
