Noodles and Company

Today was the 2nd and last time I'll go to this location. Service was fine, workers were polite, food was good. The restaurant was filthy. Our shoes were sticking to the floor, there was trash (straw wrappers and napkins) on the floor. There were only a few open tables, all dirty-so I asked if they could be wiped off...they wipes down 1 table and left the others. A few tables had dirty dishes when we walked in, and still needed to be bussed by the time we had ordered,eaten, and cleaned up our table. Lots of workers, no one cleaning. Similar to the first time we were there, so I'm thinking it was not a fluke.

Horrible customer service for a call ahead order. They said it was not ready, 20 minutes after calling it in. I patiently waited another 10 minutes and it was on the counter the whole time I was there. I said "seriously, it was here all along?" to which he replied "yeah, now take it and go". I will never go to a noodles again. There are way too many other businesses that appreciate my patronage.

Ordered the Spicy Chipotle Adobo Pork and it was very tasty with a nice level of heat. Table served in about 5 minutes. I would have given a 5 had the pork been heated more, it was a bit cold in places.

Your standard issue location of this pasta-centric chain. I generally stop here for carryout and to their credit, they've never messed up an order.

Had the Pesto Cavatappi...very generous portion. I was dining with 3 other friends and all 4 orders were delivered to our table within 5 minutes. AMAZIN
