Cafe Zupas

Very good food and great service. Busy around lunch time but the staff keep the line moving and everyone ordering happy. Tons of options- soup, salad and sandwiches- decent prices. Great beverage station with fresh-made fruit infused teas.

What an all around wonderful experience! I had the California Turkey sandwich. My husband had the berry salad and Lobster red pepper soup. We have lived in Southern VA for the last 3 years and just moved to Madison. We both commented this was better than any thing we had the whole 3 yrs in VA. We also had the infused fruit drinks. OMG so good. Never had anything like that before. The service was warm, friendly and prompt. The cherry on top (actually the strawberry) was the chocolate covered strawberry they gave with both meals. In every way a completely wonderful lunch.

I came in today during the lunch rush with no warning to place an order for six people to go. The staff didn't bat an eye- they treated me with respect and care as I placed my orders and made sure that everything was put in the correct box. Our order was made quickly and correctly, and most of all it tasted delicious. This is at least my tenth time ordering from Cafe Zupas and it continues to be a great fast casual dining experience. Extra special shout out to: Luke, Taylor, Shaun, Kawauna (sorry if I misspelled your name!), Erica, and Minette for helping me specifically. You were amazing!

1st of all this place doesn't even deserve 1 star, more like ZERO! 5 mins after we get our order, a worker comes and tells us "there's no bread left and will be a 40min wait out of the freezer". Freezer??? Thought things were fresh here? Didn't even offer anything else. OK forget the bread, can do without. Next, we didn't get all of our chocolate strawberries, had to go back and ask. No big deal. Food was bland! Sandwich lacked any flavor. Soup wasn't much better. Kids chicken tenders or nuggets whatever you want to call them taste like fast food. I will NEVER go there again! Save you $$$ and go somewhere else!

Cafe Zupas was a superior dining experience. It was so much more than we were expecting! Wonderfully friendly staff greeted us with smiles and were helpful to choose between the food options. The food was incredible! The ingredients were fabulously fresh and flavorful. Our food was rich and delicious. The house made drinks were very refreshing- we can't wait to come back!!
