Chipotle Mexican Grill

Downgrading review. This location has not been keeping up with basic cleanliness standards. Servers area was a complete mess tonight, much of the serving station used by servers was covered with sour cream and other unsightly food droppings as a result of slapping together burritos/bowls/etc.. Every sitting area looked like it was last wiped down hours ago. Garbage bins completely over flowing. Zero napkins in self serve wet bar. So hard to believe this location was so so bad tonight. Terrible. Note: The food still tasted like a Chipotle.

I enjoy chipotle but unfortunately this location needs improvement. The staff here are very friendly and do their best however the line up is always out the door. I believe I waited about 20 minutes to order this evening. When I got to the counter I was told they didn’t have any fajita veggies. I found this strange since I came at 6:30pm. This is the second or third time I’ve come to this location and they don’t have any fajita veggies and topping look sparse. I also found the restaurant dirty and wouldn’t be comfortable eating inside.

First time going and omg so good!! Fresh ingredients corn was a pleasant surprise. Long line up but in my opinion worth it. I got a bowl and hubby got a burrito. Left so full. Highly recommend this location.

The Chipotle Menu needs no introduction. We are three very satisfied customers- among the many satisfied ones. The sticker for professional service is printed on the take out bag. Three stake bowls paid for online. Well worth the price.

What friendly staff. I got the chicken burrito bowl and it was huge. This location is clearly doing a great job at picking there staff. They were efficient and kind. Recently that's not a combination that is prevalent in the fast food community. Bravo Chipotle oakville. Maybe pedi n nails next door should learn from your establishment.

RAW CHICKEN!! Good thing I spat it back out to check as the texture was off. This happened during dinner hours on Feb 11, 2023. Totally unacceptable and can harm people. Where's the quality control?!?!

Food was amazing, they were following Covid rules. All had masks, maintaining distance, using gloves. The queue was big but it moved quickly. Plenty of parking. I would go here again!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a Chicken bowl with added steak and this is what I got. This is the worst thing I have ever seen. Terrible service. No quality check at all. Who would order anything like this?

Food is delicious and seems fresh. Jose at the counter was amazing. Sorry I forget the Indian girl's name but I was eating and it was almost closing time. I said sorry I am almost done as she was cleaning the table. She said "please take your time, you should be able to enjoy your meal". Just wow, exceptional service. Will be back here. Inside was clean. Tiny feedback however - one of the employees was using the broom to clean something immediately above the grill. Guaranteed got some dust or dirt on the grill - not happy about that but this is close to closing time so maybe they clean the grills after, not sure. Just not nice to see as a customer but otherwise happy with this location.

This location was seriously filthy. Can’t believe this place ever passed a food safety / health inspection garbage overflowing, tables had food remnants on them. Beyond that the food bins were mostly empty and the staff were not well trained / didn’t know how to roll the burrito. Garlic steak had many pieces that included fat and gristle. Chips for the and salsa were stale. If this had been a franchise store the company should have revoked the franchise. My questions are 1 who is the manager for this store they clearly don’t care or like their job and should be fired? 2 who at Chipotle Canada is responsible for restaurant and food quality? 3 who is responsible for running Chipotle Canada into the ground? 4 when was the last time that anyone from Chipotle Canada or Chipotle Corporation visited this store . Long time Chipotle customer. This store is ruining the brand. I won’t be coming back.
