We don't get Mexican food often so this was a rare treat. The food was really good but the best thing about our experience was the service. The lone server, despite being fairly busy, was super friendly and took the time to answer our questions while still speedily getting the job done. We were very impressed.
Horrible customer service and experience. Went in for lunch as I've never tried this franchise before and I definitely will avoid this location in particular. Ordered the fiery chicken quesadilla until I saw a sign stating, "burrito of the day" which was blank! So I asked the only staff member if they discontinued this offer. His response was fiery chicken is the burrito of the day. Fine I said, let's order that. Garnished my burrito and on to the payment. This is where the experience led to a 1 star rating. He charges me $8.99, which is the regular price for the large burrito. However, I said that it should be 8.00 based on your signage. He said it's not because I ordered the large. Then when I asked him about why is this place lacking information for a consumer to make an informed choice...he tells me that's the managers responsiblity. Dam! This was complete miscommunication and ignorance. I walked out of a place that is supposedly a service oriented industry, but I felt cheated and a little bit insulted. You'd get the same experience as a foreigner in India! Maybe this is an overreaction, but customer service seems to be less about the customer. Furthermore, burned burritos taste disgusting!
Good burritos with fresh ingredients but it took two larges to fill me up. Not bad for a quick bite before a movie but if looking for takeout I would choose somewhere else.
I've been here twice for lunch. They have $6 burrito of the day lunch special. With a drink comes to around $8.25. The first time I went was beef burrito. The second time fiery chicken. The burritos were good. Typical of most burrito places I have been to.
Ordered white tortilla burrito, got whole wheat. Ordered double layer nachos, there were barely any toppings on them, trace amount of cheese. This was for $9.99 regular size is $5.99. Nachos themselves were not fresh and felt like something from a discount isle in Food Basics. Quesadilla was actually good, hence 2 stars. Will not be ordering from this place again. Lots of better Mexican food options in the area.
Been going here for lunch for a while now and it's always a good deal if you order their daily burrito. Comes out to $8.24 tax included for a regular burrito and a canned pop. Love it!
Great burrito! It was the definite highlight of my trip to see The Matrix Resurrections. Plenty of really tasty ingredients and not the massive burrito filled with rice you get in some places. The staff were really pleasant, and helped me decide what to get. Also, these guys served us before they were due to be open. Thank you very much!
Ordered through doordash. The quantity was very less compared to other burrito places even after adding extra chicken to the order. Even taste wise it was pretty bland and tasteless. Never ordering from here again.
Overpriced and cheap quality. Sauces are garbage and no toppings included in even 12 dollars
I ordered through Skip so that i could just come and pick it up, but they waited for me to come and tell them if i wanted extra toppings or anything. The staff where very polite and listened to all my needs.
