When you hear the word "scorcher," images of fire, heat and peppers may come to mind. Unfortunately with the KFC Scorcher Chicken Sandwich, you'll get something quite opposite from those descriptors. I saw the ads, bought into the frenzy and used the app to purchase the KFC Scorcher. The app is great and the customer service at this location was just as good. However, I intended to have a cheat meal but instead I feel cheated on. The lackluster chicken sandwich was bland, didn't not pack a punch that was promised, looked sad and definitely did not live up to the hype. The bun was flattened, the chicken piece was thick but not flavourful and the pickles/sauce gave the sandwich a sweet taste, which is the opposite from the desired effect. Save your money and forgo the relatively expensive $7.99 sandwich to find something 100x better at Popeye's. Even a Jr. Chicken at McDonald's has more pepper/seasoning. It should be noted that I frequent KFC about once every couple of years. I remember when the coleslaw used to be fluorescent green instead of the current white version. That being said, the quality of KFC seems to have plummeted. I won't be coming back to this fast food non-option and I will be deleting the KFC app. Great marketing to fool me once, but never again.

RUN away from this location. I picked up some food tonight and it was atrocious. Biggest waste of money. They don’t even season their fries anymore. Chicken sandwich tasted like plastic and cardboard together. Breading is inedible. Just look at the pictures. First and last time. AVOID !!!

Absolutely Disgusting!!! First time to this location. After waiting 15 min. Got a bucket of chicken with fries . The chicken was dry , stale , refried what seemed like at-least 5 times ... Fries were even worse then chicken cold and dried up. Stay away from this location. They should not be selling food under KFC brand

One of the worst kfc locations I’ve ever been to. Unwelcoming staff. Walked in and the place smelled bad, like garbage had been left out. And still decided to still give them a chance only to have waited to be told that they didn’t have the item I wanted to order. Just an overall poor experience. Avoid if you can. Unfortunate because I do quite enjoy my kfc.

If I could leave no stars I would. Called ahead to place an order and was told that they do not take orders over the phone. Fine. I went to the restaurant and it was approximately 8:40pm . Not one foot in to the door I had the cashier yell and say "we are not making any more chicken all we have are sandwiches " this is KFC correct? The cashier/manager was extremely rude and said . "We are not making any more chicken because we close at 9pm" A restaurant refuses to serve customers because they want to leave by 9pm! This is customer service at its finest! The manager then agrees to take my order but not after telling me "because of you we have to stay later" then proceeds to make us wait outside. I did call customer service, and received a call from a manager or dm today. Who simply apologized, and then said she hopes we visit that location again. Not gonna happen! And please if you know what's good, please go to Popeyes or Mary Browns instead. Colonal Sanders would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how his restaurants were being run!

Nice place. Server was really nice. I have to wait a little. But I got fresh batch of chicken. Much much better that Milton location.Food: 5/5

While placing my lunch order,I clearly mentioned the lady at the counter to add 1 ranch dipping on the side along with the meal I bought. I took the order and went into my truck. When I opened the meal box , there was no ranch and moreover the fries were not well cooked / half cooked as they were still cold. Very bad experience. Won't visit again at this location.

I waited approximately 20 minutes for one plant-based combo and one plant-based sandwich only to be prepared for a dine in experience. Such a long wait time is unacceptable regardless of whether it’s busy or not!

Extremely grossed out by this location. Fruit flies all over their drink machine... Strong smell of mold and I was wearing my mask so you can imagine. My order was missing a side so had to go back. And also found hair wrapped up in my fries yum lol... You can bet that I lost my appetite after that.

This is how inflation affect human life! 1/3 of portion for my original chicken??? And is this even counts one piece of chicken? Are KFC tryin to sell puzzles to customers
