review date: december 1, 2021; october 25, 2022  customer service dates: ongoing since 2018-present  the burritoz fresh mexican grill BFMG is situated in the royal windsor/ford drive plaza. BG has plenty of competition in the plaza and across the street for the food dollar, yet imo is well positioned to stick around for a long time.  their main offerings are burritos, quesadillas, nachos and tacos. since i only order burritos, i will not comment on the other items. however i would encourage you to try them out if you wish, and draw your own conclusion.  positives: -good hours for a food store. not a 24/7 operation but are open 7 days a week: monday thru friday 10am till 1030pm, affording you plenty of chances to catch a burrito. saturdays are open till 9pm and sunday they close at 7pm.  -tremendous value for your wallet. at the time of this review, a large burrito all-in goes for under $10. the burritos are very filling. this place could probably charge an extra dollar on top of what they currently charge, and it would still be an excellent value for your purchase.  -everyday, a different burrito is featured as the deal of the day. you can upsize to a large for $1 extra plus tax  -staff in my visits have consistently been polite, friendly, hard working and willing to make your order a pleasant food experience.   -store has been consistently clean and in good order during my visits.  -ingredients are clean, fresh and portions very fair, if not generous.  negatives: -nothing to complain about.  -only suggestion would be phone in your order if you are tight for time and know exactly what you want. the store does accept phone-in requests.  2nd review, october 25, 2022: a big shout-out to tushar for providing great customer service and excellent quality burritos.   BFMG continues to provide exceptional value for your wallet. $10.72 all-in for a large special of the day burrito, that will leave you satisfied.  bottom line: i would use and recommend the burritoz grill  as a mexican take-out store of choice. BFMG gives great quality and value for what you are paying for.

Pretty good, just very standard and nothing about the food really stood out as being unique. Topping options are a little limited, only one hot sauce and salsa option. Filling satisfying food. Service was very fast and efficient though.Food: 3/5

Came here with my kid. I had the beef burrito and she had 2 beef tacos. Both were very tasty and fresh. The price was very reasonable with two premium drinks, it came just over 20 bucks. Not bad at all. The daughter great service i do recommend if you like Mexican food!!

For 4.99 a small special burrito you just can't go wrong. Always quality food and best is the authentic Mexican style and drink. The owner is always there with a smile. Employees are super friendly as well! Me and my friends go there almost everyday now! Overall 10/10!!!

I asked for cheese on my burrito but there was none in the container. First the worker says they are out of cheese, then says it's actually in the back and he doesn't want to get it because it will be a long wait.  I told him I was fine with that but he still wouldn't get it.  He also was not paying attention at all to what I was ordering I Asked for a small beef burrito received a large.  Asked for salsa and received cilantro. Overall very underwhelmed with everything, and I definitely will not be back.

Oh my goodness!!!!! I usually get a subway sub next door but on this particular day subway was packed and I was in a hurry. I stopped in here and ordered a large beef burrito. I had never ordered from here before but it was absolutely amazing. Packed with beef and my choice of toppings. So delicious and in my opinion better than Burrito Boyz. It was a bit pricey for the large burrito but they do have specials through the week that you can choose from. Give this place a try...It's delicious.

UPDATE: Got food poisoning. No longer recommend this place for burritos or any other food. 1/5  Very good place to eat. It’s tied with my favourite Burrito Place because of their great deals every day of the week. When food quality is so high at such a low price it’s very hard to chose Burrito Boyzbest burritos by far over a place like this. Great food, amazing deals and good service makes this place one of the best Burrito places in Oakville/Mississauga 4/5

Best burrito I have ever had. It is so hard to find fresh veggies at most burrito places, but Burritoz comes through with the largest selection of freshly cut veggies I've seen yet. There are baked and sauté options, but the selection of fresh ingredients is outstanding in comparison to other burrito spots. The staff is very friendly as well, I am so thrilled to have found this spot so close to home!

I used to love this place however recently things have been going downhill. They aren't being wrapped properly and are falling apart as soon as I take one bite..this does seem to depend on who's working. I still enjoy them and they taste great but it's hard to eat when they fall apart. Also find an inconsistency in the toppings as I barely had any sour cream in mine this time.
