This place moves way too slow all the time. I always have to wait forever to pick up an order. Not trying to be petty but you guys need to work faster.

Firehouse Subs was just that. Fire! And of course they offer a fire fighter's discount. 5 stars across the board. Much better than Subway in my humble opinion.Food: 5/5

Terrible experience with unprofessional behavior from employees... Very immature banter regarding inappropriate comments ringing throughout intire restaurant. Would say get better management of employees behavior while on the clock.. One older gentleman preparing all of the sandwiches while others played around not impressed...

DoorDash menu has special requests turned off. No option to "Build Your Own" sub to get what you want. When you select one of their preconfigured options there's no option to add dressings / additional meats, "extras", etc. So, I decided to call the store after placing my order to make changes. I wanted to add pepperoni and ranch to a sub... easy. Well, there's a charge for pepperoni. There was no way for her to charge me for pepperoni, so she stated it can't be added. She asked the manager and the manager said they wouldn't add it. Listen, if your menu is wrong on DoorDash and you have special requests turned off and there's no ability for me to order what I want... it's not my fault that you have no way to charge me for what I want. Add it to the sub free of charge or fix your system. This isn't my fault. Take care of the customer.

Small Hook and Laddar $6.46. Mostly bread. Very thin layer of meat. Won't be going back.

Want a great, no amazing, no no one of the best sandwiches you have ever had? Just go here, get it at Firehouse Subs!! I have only been here twice and am completely and utterly addicted! Their bread is fresh fluffy and tasty! The prices are good, and the ingredients are obviously top quality! Lol I have only tried 3 of the subs so far but cannot wait to try the rest! Mmmmmmmmmm great job all!
