This Chipotle is honestly terrible. Every time we’ve ordered online, our whole order is wrong. It’s like they don’t read the orders! One bowl was supposed to have brisket and it has chicken and black beans. One was supposed to be a salad, and there is no lettuce in the bowl. Mine looks like sour cream soup. They mixed up every single ingredient we had, and we have bowls of random things we didn’t order.
Idk what Chipotle could do to keep me as a customer. This is far past a few times this has happened and when I went back in to have them remake the vegan bowl I ordered online, they put cheese and sour cream in it- I’m vegan. She made me get 3 people involved because “they need the exact time I ordered it” - put the time on the tags, fix your issues, I had the bowl with my tag on it - my manager bought me lunch - and then treat people like this - THEY. PUT. SOUR CREAM. AND. CHEESE. ON A BOWL. THAT I DIDNT ORDER IT IN. AND FORGOT. THE MOST EXPENSIVE. PART. THE GUAC. I HAD THE BOWL IN FRONT OF THEM. like are you fkin kidding ??????? You make people PAY for this???? 5 year olds who have a job - that don’t know how to do - their job. Crazy
This is now the 3rd time that they either do not have something or run out of something. Counters aren't usually clean and the floors are always dirty. Last time I ordered online and when I arrived they just ran out of chicken and my food was not ready. They say they cannot refund you when you order online and therefore unless you choose something else, you simply lose out on your meal and now have to try and get a hold of someone to refund you. It's ridiculous and so not worth my energy and time. I'm all set with Chipotle. 3rd times a charm. Find a better option.
I ordered a burrito with double chicken and extra rice, cheese, sour cream and it was only a 400g burrito lol it was tiny. Let's do some math. 28g tortilla wrap. 4oz chicken usually but double here so 8oz. Rice? Roughly 3-4oz but extra is more like 6-8. Sour cream is about 56g worth as is the cheese. So. Even at minimum the burrito should be 200g heavier. For imperial reference that's like 8oz of chicken which is a huge amount go measure it out sometime. They even forgot my salsa. Paid thirteen dollars for just the burrito too. When I told Chipotle about it they offered a free drink... Really bad.
This place is a mess, every single order come incomplete. I just ordered quezo and found 2 piece of meat lost inside, DISGUSTING. Stay away from this place
The quality of this place has really gone down with the work culture of the employees. Their wage increases, thus the prices for the food increases, however their working attitude and food standards remain poor. The current workers do not care for customer satisfaction, or even their own store. They do whatever the customer and owner let's them get away with. Stop catering to employees who demand higher pay and treat those who care about your store and consistent food quality.
I come here often during lunch time. I never had a bad experience but I place my order there and not online. They are generous with the meat. I did come 1 time about 2 3 months ago and they were out of chips at 11:30 am which was the main reason why I came but other then that food is always good.
If you like veggies in your burrito or other meal, then DO NOT come to the Chipotle on Park Ave, Worcester MA. They NEVER have them. Today the employee must have been blind. I saw that there were no veggies on the tray so I ask him if they have veggies. He says YES, so I ask him if they are in the back and he says NO, THEY'RE RIGHT THERE and points to the empty tray. I said it's empty, in case it wasn't obvious. And he says OH, THEN WE'RE OUT. This happens in this location ALL THE TIME!!! I stopped coming here for more than a year, but I guess my visit here today was too soon. We left without buying anything
It was a strange experience.. ordered and paid online.. go to pickup order.. order ready.. I asked about my drink… counter girl says empty cup is in the stapled bag.. huh? Ok .. open bag retrieve smashed up cup to fill with lemonade I ordered.. asked why they don’t just put cup on the side? They’re still live in an active COVID world.. I’ve had many fountain drinks lately where they hand you the cup… then she says ‘by the way’ chip machine is broken so I’ll need to go online for $9 refund.. I left a little in disbelief from the experience I just had… it was weird.. I go online for refund.. it’s all automated.. I get a chips and queso voucher instead of a refund? I don’t want them ’next time’ … bowl was good but a strange experience.. my biggest beef is they didn’t refund the $9 for something I never got..
This is the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. I’ve given them several chances because I work across the street and it’s convenient to go here on my lunch break but I just can’t do it anymore. They mess up my order just about every time I have been here. Portion sizes are tiny, they’re always out of lettuce, cheese and sour cream. If they do have lettuce, half the time it’s frozen and slimy. They served me soupy sour cream with chunks in it obviously had been frozen and gave me a huge attitude when I asked for them to remake my bowl because that was disgusting. Most of the staff here has a bad attitude. Sometimes they aren’t even accepting walk in orders and you have to order online. But then when you order online they completely mess up your order anyways.
