The food was delicious and plentiful. Great amount for the price, tasted fresh, and came out fast. The service was amazing as well with a very friendly and attentive waiter.

Had a wonderful time and experience at this great restaurant. I went and was seated on the top balcony. It was beautiful experience. I has a blast with my brother and mother. It was long over due for us together .
Everything was delicious and really fresh. Especially guacamole was made in front of us. Staff were really helpful and they will recommend different options based on your taste/flavor. Drinks are simply superb. And mainly the atmosphere is splendid and feels like you are not in this busy world.
Great experience over all. Fernando was our server and he was very good and responsive with us. We ordered some margaritas and enchiladas--cheese and mole respectively. We also got some queso. Everything was really good, affordable, and filling. Will recommend Mexicali in the future and will definitely be coming back!
If you are buying food to go, please check your bag first, the charged me 20 dollars for almost nothing because the container were empty, also the soup just have shrimp and Carrot. I called them and what the person who answered the phone said was “we are busy” ohh and because you are busy I have to pay you and not receive what I’m supposed to. I had spent a lot of money there, but I won’t buy anything from them never again.
My family and I had a great dinner yesterday, the food was excellent, well made and very authentic. Our waiter Esmeralda was awesome as well, very attentive and made sure we were well taken care off. An A+ experience!
Delicious and very flavorful, fresh Mexican food. The guacamole was freshly made in front of us. So good! And deep fried Red Snapper was outstanding! The fest fried fish I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place.
Place was loud . Fortunately, I was seated in the back so the music wasn't blaring. I had a short wait to be seated. I was given nachos and salsa, which tasted okay but wasn't thick. I had to wait awhile for service, even a glass of water . Apologies were giving and my order was taken, Enchiladas three, a cheese , beef and chicken enchilada with refried beans and rice . My main server was okay but a little brusque. My meal arrived quickly and it tasted good . I had a Groupon voucher and it came close to the specified amount to spend. My server had a negative reaction saying "We have a problem here!". So I ordered fried ice-cream for dessert. Problem solved. It had a huge shell and a scoop of vanilla drizzled with honey and chocolate. My bill came quickly. Wifi available but the password I was given didn't work. Facemasks required to enter. It looks like they are setting up for outdoor dining. Big bar available. High chairs available. You can park on the street and at a parking lot next to the building.
This place is disgusting and the staff is so rude! There where 3 hairs on 3 different plates. the just took the hair out the food and ignored us. A friend spoke to the manager who was so rude to her. If you go with a group of people be prepared for them not to split the bill, even if you told them beforehand to split the bill. At the end of the day bad service and not sanitary at all. Zero out of ten!
