Wings Over Worcester

Customer service is horrible I call at 10pm today they say they don't take calls I got to order online. I order online order is placed at 10:30 it says to pick up at 11:23pm I get there at 11pm they tell me they don't have any food they will put the money back on my card. They need a better system I won't order from there ever again I love the food but took me an hour to order and got no food my family was waiting all day to eat SMH

I used to love wings over Worcester but as of the past year or so the sauce has no flavor and the meat isn't crunchy anymore. Kind of sad to know ill never have the same taste again. I always get honey barbecue and now it's like sweet water. My boyfriend got the hot lemon pepper and it was just like an explosion of salt. No pepper or lemon flavor just a weird sourness and salt . The meat is cooked well and tastes fine. Nothing special or even good for the price. I guess that's why there's a rebrand and it's not wings over Worcester, It's Just wings over. Someone took over and is honestly failing the people of Worcester who have come to expect a certain *something* from the establishment. Also they don't offer celery or carrot stix anymore.

i’ve chosen to go to their competitors almost every time in the past but recently started going here again. the chicken and sauces themselves are good. however, their waffle fries are cold every single time.

I ordered the garlic parm. When I went to eat them, they had a hard crust with no flavor. I discovered all of the garlic salt and cheese was on the bottom of the container. Much as I tried, I was only able to roll a very little of the seasoning onto the wings; 90% wound up in the garbage.Food: 2/5

I've been ordering from here since the beginning and it's gone in a few bad directions over times with quality control. when they rebranded at the beginning things were goof for a few months but it's slowly gone back to a downhill slope.... the chicken they have now is not the same as before and the sauces seem watered down. when I ordered my usual mild Buffalo sauce with waffle fries the chicken was okay but the sauce was so watered down I had to use Frank's on it to make it taste better. if I have to add sauce on top of what you gave me thats a horrible sign. as well as the ranch tastes off and different from before. and let's not forget the raise in prices for this BS... I'm all set with wings over in worcester at least. maybe the Boston locations will be different.... I Hope

I ordered for delivery and the driver called and said they were outside. I checked my video surveillance and saw no one. My wife than called and said they left because they were scared of my no trespassing signs. Seriously I said the signs don’t apply to delivery’s. It ended up taking over and hour to get my order and by the that time my son had fallen asleep having not eaten dinner because of a no trespassing sign which I’m sure many people have and still get their food…

I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my order, which was the 9 piece . 30 minutes after the “promised time”, I received an updated text to track my order. What I received, when it did finally come, was stale fries, so hard they were inedible, and 4 pieces of chicken, when previously this meal was enough to split between multiple people. Do not go here, I waited far too long, only to throw 75% of the meal away.

My mouth salivates when I think of the wings at Wings over Worcester. I am an aficionado of tasty wings and have tried many. These are the best ever!
