What a good crew of people working here! They were having a great time, and made my experience so much better than just a regular sandwich pickup. My Vito Italian was an UNwich, which meant no bread. What an amazing concept that I wish I knew about before. I dont know if all Jimmy John's are this awesome, but this one was. Highly recommend.

COCKROACH in my sandwich!!! My boss’ boss got us all a large catering order for a meeting. It was a great presentation, nicely packaged, seemed freshly made and came with condiments on the side. Well, i opened up my sandwich to add Mayo to it and found a COCKROACH running around in there!!! I spoke with the manager and he did not seem surprised at all. He said “ oh, it must have been the lettuce, though we do triple wash it”. He also did not do anything to reimburse us, when I persisted, he offered ‘MAYBE, next time you come in I could offer you a discount’. As if we would ever come back. More than a hundred dollars wasted and more than dozens of us without lunch.

I love Jimmy John's. I first had JJs when living in Tucson and after they opened the JJs in Worcester, I make it a point to pop in anytime I am in the area. The sandwiches are delicious. The service at this location is excellent. Very friendly counter staff. The location is very clean. There is metered parking out front and they deliver if you live/work nearby.

Great location, friendly staff, fast service, and clean store!!! I definitely go out of my way to grab a quick bite here - doesn't disappoint.

I've always liked Jimmy John's, so I was pleased to find one downtowm. Everything was on point, clean store, friendly and very fast service, as well as most important great tasting cold subs. The sandwhich felt very full, there was no slacking on the meat and the bread was fresh unlike other sub places. Minus one star because I wish there were more tasty options! Otherwise, definitely worth a visit.

Never ever again I'm done with this place! I deleted there ap from my phone. I had a reward for buy one combo get 1 0ne half off that expired the next day. By mistake I ordered the items separately I asked the manager to cancel the order and ring it up with the reward. He said that he wouldn't. So much for customer service. I told him that I would not be back he could care less ! I had been going there since they opened. This managers attitude made me find a new sandwich shop and he did me a big favor.

Tuna is great. Avoid the chicken Caesar wrap which for some reason includes a plethora of mayonnaiseFood: 5/5
