We received excellent attention for our dog at a last minute appointment.  The diagnosis by Dr. Clark was proved correct with a test.  They are very caring and sensitive and obviously knowledgeable. We will definitely return.  .

I've always had a very positive experience here. All of the staff have been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me.  I usually see Dr. Frank who is great, but this morning I brought my cat in as an emergency situation. I only waited a few minutes. Dr. Webb and his nurse, Kirsten worked us in to a full schedule and were extremely patient with my indecision about treatment. I took up a ridiculous amount of their time and made Kirsten carry my heavy cat back and forth from the kennel twice. She was smiling and kind the entire time. They were both very patient and eventually persuaded me to take the best action for my cat.

I've been taking my dogs here for about a year, since I moved to this area. The doctors and staff seem knowledgeable and caring but they are rather high priced; a recent quote for cleaning my large dog's teeth was $700+; about 50% higher than my former vet. I'm thinking about going back to the old vet, even though it's a 40 minute commute.
