Neponset Pet Center & Animal Hospital

Will never take my dog there again. I clearly stated I was concerned about my dogs paws on my last visit, they were scaly and rough, tech wrote it off as a result of walking on pavement, I don't even think she looked at her paws. Turns out my dog has a yeast infection on her paws that is now spreading, if they had bothered to check weeks ago she would not be significantly worst now. I am a first time dog owner, the point of taking her to a professional is so that they can address issues I might not be familiar with due to my inexperience. Complete waste of time and money and my poor dog has to suffer because of it.

We've been bringing our three dogs to Neponset Animal Hospital for years and every time has been a wonderful experience. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with them because they always treat us and them with love and kindness. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. The groomers here are all excellent. When I pick my dogs up they always look so handsome. I highly recommend the grooming and all the other services here.

Staff at desk were totally rude and unhelpful. My cat got out of the box in the car that I just bought from here. I asked to borrow a box to get the cat inside and they said they had nothing and that I would have to buy one. I had a new born in the car and s cat running around loose. I have never been treated so badly. I will NEVER come back here even though I live close by

Couldn't be happier with Neponset Animal Hospital! I brought my 6month old Italian greyhound to get neutered a couple weeks ago, and was very pleased with the procedure, and the service we received here. Overall a great experience. Dr. Domit did an amazing job, and the staff was extremely helpful answering all our questions and taking care of our Bruno. The manager Richard was also a pleasure! He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We have been coming here since Bruno was just a little puppy and we will continue bringing him here!

Great local vet and doggy daycare. The staff is always very helpful and patient, and they obviously really care about the animals.
