Good food and friendly staff. Good portion size. We loved the vegetarian fajitas and pizza from the kids menu. Service is quick and ambience clean. Definitely recommend to our friends and families.
Ordered soup and salad combo, which in restaurant is a FULL BOWL of soup. What my husband picked up and brought home amounts to LESS than a cup of soup. Definitely not worth what I paid. Called restaurant and spoke with CarSide To Go, very reasonably and respectfully only to get attitude and excuses from girl on phone. Thankfully, manager corrected with refund I really wish I would have just got a full serving of soup - I was hungry and didn’t feel the greatest.
Review Update: This picture was taken during our dinner the other night, this was a Triple Dipper platter straight from the kitchen. For $14 I was expecting more than 4 fried pickles. This was a very sad amount of food for the price. I really like Chilli's so this is tough for me. The waitresses seem to be trying so hard to get things right. Lately the food has been coming out incomplete and the service has been slow. Yesterday's visit the lava cake was missing it's chocolate top, our drink order was wrong, burger had sauce that was asked to be omitted. Bummer for the price of service and the 40 minute wait due to being understaffed.
Definitely not a fan at all. Our first trip will be our last. Ordered chips and salsa with a bowl of soup for my meal. I think I got the bottom of the bag for chips, as the majority were pieces so small you really couldn't dip them in the salsa. Soup came out cold. Ok, so time to pay. We were dining with friends, so we needed a bill to be split. Waiter never said a word about the bill or how to pay it on the machine. Which would have been great since we had never been here before. So, after waiting quite a while and server didn't come back, I went to ask the bartender. She was more than a bit rude to me, like I was interrupting her time on her phone or something. I don't do rude people, and I definitely don't think it's too much to ask to have hot food. Probably at least a thousand other places to eat where we wouldn't have these issues.
Two hour wait to be told sorry while typing this with a fly landing on my hand. The people around us who came in after we did got served. We did get our meal comped, and the food quality was pretty good. Not sure how or why the server managed to lose our order for two hours. I'd go back, and hope the service is better.
My husband and I went for a late lunch. The hostess was nice and we were seated right away. Our server came to our table right away. He didn't introduce himself, we don't even know his name. He was nice but could have been more enthusiastic. We ordered drinks right away. I got the blackberry margarita, my husband got a soda. The margarita was delicious but the price was not. We ordered burgers. I got the southern smokehouse burger. It was supposed to come with a side of bbq sauce, I didn't get that. My husband got the old timer, both were served with fries. The burger and fries were very good and large. I only finished half of mine. We always give restaurants more than one try so we will go back. Hopefully with a better server. I would recommend because the food was good.
The food here is pretty good. The service can be painfully slow. The bartender also waits tables so you can wait for service for a while if you sit at the bar. The tables seemed to be waiting for a very long time as well. For a while it seemed like the kitchen was at a stand still with very little food coming out. It just seems to be hopelessly understaffed in all areas. Looking around, there were lots of unhappy customers tonight that were waiting for food or beverages. Hopefully they can get more staff and not have the bartender wait tables since every time they came back, they needed to make drinks for all of the tables as well as bar customers. It’s just poor planning not to have a designated bartender when you are busy.
Chilis was an amazing lunch spot the other day. Great service and a sweet deal. Only 10$ for soup and tacos. Served with chips and salsa! Plus a free a dessert for my birthday reward.Food: 5/5
I ordered the marjarita chicken. It was absolutely delicious. However, I had broccoli instead of rice and got a whole 3 pieces of broccoli which was disappointing. I will say the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely go back!
We were seated next to the kitchen that was behind. Had to remind the server to bring us our drinks. And the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas I ordered were only chicken and beef that were us seasoned. THE WORST CHILI'S EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!Food: 1/5
